The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Gladiator because it features a modular design. Each piece can be attached or swapped out as desired, giving you complete freedom of customization. This particular package includes the front-end corners only. These two corners are intended to be mounted on the TrailChaser front bumper center section (sold separately). They offer a professional finishing touch with their integrated, flush-mount LED lights. The 2" square work lights put out 2,200 lumens each and feature a flood beam pattern. They are made with grade-A LED chips, rust-free aluminum construction, an IP68-standard breather and dual heat sinks. They are also thoroughly tested and come with a waterproof wiring harness for easy installation. The corner end caps are constructed from T6 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and rust-free, and have a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. They are also available in powder-coated steel and without LED lights.

Each kit includes one driver/left corner and one passenger/right corner, two LED work lights (model #1501250), eight M6 socket cap screws with flat washers and nylock nuts, six M10 hex bolts with lock washers, flat washers and nuts, and one rubber gasket. The kit is part of a multi-manual installation requiring a separate center section manual.
Yes. The corner kit is the second of two manuals required to complete installation. You must have the center section (sold separately) and its installation manual. If you are also installing a brush guard, a third manual and the brush guard itself are required.
Required tools are: ratchet, socket set, socket extension, 16mm socket, wrench, Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, Allen wrench set, box wrench set, and a level. Proper tools will improve installation quality and reduce installation time.
M6 bolts should be tightened to 7 ft-lbs. This applies to the four M6 socket cap screws that secure each LED light to the corner.
M10 bolts should be tightened to 33 ft-lbs. This applies to the M10 hex bolts that attach the corners to the center section.
1. Set the corner onto a flat work surface. 2. Insert the rubber gasket and LED light into place. 3. Secure the four LED light attachment points with M6 socket cap screws, flat washers and nylock nuts; tighten all hardware. 4. Repeat for the second corner and light. 5. Place the center section on a flat work surface. 6. Lift the bumper corner into place and insert M10 hex bolts with lock washers and flat washers; secure with flat washers and hex nuts at all three attachment points. 7. Snug hardware but do not fully tighten. 8. Repeat on the opposite side. 9. Check alignment of bumper corners and center section edges; adjust if necessary. 10. Fully tighten all hardware with a 16mm socket and wrench.
