The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Gladiator because it features a modular design. Each piece can be attached or swapped out as desired, giving you complete freedom of customization. This particular package includes the front-end corners only. These two corners are intended to be mounted on the TrailChaser front bumper center section (sold separately). They offer a professional finishing touch and can be drilled or cut to mount additional lights. They are also available with integrated, flush-mount LED lights. These corner end caps are constructed from T6 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and rust-free, and have a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. They are also available in powder-coated steel.

Yes. This is the second of two manuals required to complete the installation. The center section must be installed first using the manual included with it. Place the center section on a flat work surface before lifting the bumper corners into place.
1. Place the center section on a flat work surface. 2. Lift the bumper corner into place and insert an M10 hex bolt with a lock washer and flat washer through the attachment point. 3. Secure with a second flat washer and hex nut on the back side. 4. Snug the hardware but do not fully tighten. 5. Repeat for all three attachment points on that corner, then repeat the entire process on the opposite side. 6. Once both corners are loosely installed, check alignment of the edges between the bumper corners and center section. 7. Adjust if necessary and fully tighten all hardware using a 16mm socket and wrench.
There are three attachment points per corner. Each uses one M10 hex bolt, one lock washer, and two flat washers (one on each side of the corner), plus one hex nut.
M10 bolts must be torqued to 33 ft-lbs. This applies to all M10 fasteners used in this installation unless otherwise noted.
Do not fully tighten the bolts immediately. Snug the hardware at each attachment point, but leave it loose. Once both corners are installed and you have checked that the edges of the bumper corners and center section align properly, then fully tighten all hardware using a 16mm socket and wrench.
With both corners loosely installed, check to make sure the edges of the bumper corners and center section align. Adjust the position of the corners if necessary before fully tightening all hardware.
If you are installing a brush guard, refer to the brush guard installation manual at this time. If you are not installing a brush guard, continue to step 7 of the manual included with your center section to complete the bumper installation.
Use mild automotive detergent and water to clean the product. Do not use dish detergent, abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, wire brushes or other similar products, as these may damage the finish.
