The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler because it features a modular design. Each piece can be attached or swapped out as desired, giving you complete freedom of customization. This particular piece includes the front-end round center brush guard only and is intended to be mounted on the TrailChaser front bumper center section (sold separately). It features two welded tabs to mount an LED light bar or LED work lights and offers extra protection for the winch housing. This center brush guard is constructed from high-strength carbon steel and has a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum rust resist ance. It is also available in powder-coated aluminum and in an angular design.

The kit includes one round brush guard, two M10 hex bolts, two flat washers (M10), two lock washers (M10), and two nuts (M10). All fasteners required for installation are provided.
This Round Brush Guard is applicable to part numbers 2081252 and 2081255.
This is the third of three manuals required to complete the installation. The first manual is included with your center section, and the second manual is included with your bumper corners. You must follow all three manuals in sequence.
You will need a ratchet, socket set (including a 16mm socket), socket extension, Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, Allen wrench set, level, and box wrench set.
M10 bolts must be torqued to 33 ft-lbs. This applies to the two M10 hex bolts used to secure the round brush guard.
Install the round brush guard using two M10 hex bolts, lock washers, and flat washers. Ensure the guard is aligned properly and fully tighten the hardware with a 16mm socket to 33 ft-lbs. After completing this step, continue to step 7 of the manual included with your center section to finish the installation.
Read all instructions thoroughly before beginning installation. Proper tools will improve the quality of installation and reduce the time required. Ensure you have all three manuals (center section, bumper corners, and this round brush guard manual) available.
Mild automotive detergent may be used to clean the product. Do not use dish detergent, abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, wire brushes, or other similar products that may damage the finish.
