The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler because it features a modular design. Each piece can be attached or swapped out as desired, giving you complete freedom of customization. This particular piece includes the front-end angular brush guard only and is intended to be mounted on the TrailChaser front bumper center section (sold separately). It not only adds an aggressive look to your Jeep, but it also helps protect the winch housing and provides additional mounting points for an LED light bar or LED work lights. It features a full-length, slotted channel along the center cross-member, allowing lights to be mounted on the top or bottom. This stinger-style brush guard is constructed from T6 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and rust-free, and has a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. It is also available in powder-coated steel.

The kit includes: 1 angular brush guard, 1 cover plate, 6 buttonhead cap screws (M6), 12 flat washers (M6), 6 nylock nuts (M6), 4 hex bolts (M10), 8 flat washers (M10), 4 lock washers (M10), and 4 nuts (M10).
You will need: ratchet, Phillips screwdriver, socket extension, flathead screwdriver, socket set, Allen wrench set, level, and box wrench set. A 16mm socket and wrench are specifically required for tightening the M10 hardware.
M6 bolts should be torqued to 7 ft-lbs. unless otherwise noted in the installation instructions.
M10 bolts should be torqued to 33 ft-lbs. unless otherwise noted in the installation instructions.
Place the cover plate on top of the brush guard. Insert an M6 buttonhead cap screw with a flat washer and secure it with a nylock nut. Repeat this for all six attachment points. Adjust if necessary and fully tighten all hardware with an Allen wrench.
Place the center section onto a flat work surface. Lift the brush guard into place and insert an M10 hex bolt with a locking washer and flat washer. Secure the bolt with a second flat washer and a hex nut. Repeat for all four attachment points. Adjust if necessary and fully tighten all hardware with a 16mm socket and wrench.
