The ARIES 3" bull bar is made for those who face the uncertain road without fear. This particular model is constructed from strong carbon steel and finished in a durable E-coat and semi-gloss black powder coat finish to outlast rust and the elements. Other available finishes include high-gloss black stainless steel, polished stainless steel and textured black steel. Customizing the look of your vehicle is simple with the ARIES 3" bull bar. It is equipped with pre-drilled light mounting holes and a removable skid plate. The center crossbar features two pre-drilled holes that readily accept an LED light bar or two LED work lights. The skid plate is made from 304 stainless steel and has a brushed finish to stop rust and hide scratches and scuffs. It also features an aggressive, ARIES-exclusive cutout pattern and can be removed for a customized look. Each ARIES 3" bull bar is made a vehicle-specific design, meaning that for each make and model, the bull bar has a custom bend and unique mounting brackets. This allows for the best possible fit on your vehicle and ensures solid attachment. The brackets also use pre-existing factory holes in the vehicle's frame to eliminate drilling, speed up installation and increase rigidity. This bull bar fits select model years of the Ford Expedition, Ford F-150 and Lincoln Mark LT (see application info to verify fitment).

It may be necessary to remove the lower plastic portion of the bumper to gain access to the ends of the frame rails. Additionally, the indented pockets in the lower bumper will need to be cut out to allow the bottom brackets to pass through.
The kit includes: 1 bull bar, 1 driver/left mounting bracket, 1 passenger/right mounting bracket, 4 12mm bolt plates, 4 12mm flat washers, 4 12mm lock washers, 4 12mm hex nuts, 8 10mm x 30mm hex head bolts, 14 10mm flat washers, 8 10mm lock washers, and 6 10mm hex nuts.
Attach the bull bar to the mounting brackets using 4 10mm x 30mm hex head bolts, 4 10mm lock washers, 4 10mm hex nuts, and 8 10mm flat washers. Each bolt uses 2 flat washers (one on each side of the connection).
Remove the tow hooks by removing the front bolt and loosening the rear bolt, then slide them off. Ensure the nut plate in the frame stays aligned with the holes. Position the bottom brackets up to the bottom frame and secure them using the factory tow hook bolts.
