The ARIES 3" bull bar is made for those who face the uncertain road without fear. This particular model is constructed from 304 stainless steel. 304 stainless is high in nickel content, allowing the bull bar to easily resist water, road salt and rust and maintain its mirror-like polished finish in spite of the elements. Other available finishes include high-gloss black stainless steel, textured black steel and semi-gloss black steel. Customizing the look of your vehicle is simple with the ARIES 3" bull bar. It is equipped with pre-drilled light mounting holes and a removable skid plate. The center crossbar features two pre-drilled holes that readily accept an LED light bar or two LED work lights. The skid plate is made from 304 stainless steel and has a brushed finish to stop rust and hide scratches and scuffs. It also features an aggressive, ARIES-exclusive cutout pattern and can be removed for a customized look. Each ARIES 3" bull bar is made a vehicle-specific design, meaning that for each make and model, the bull bar has a custom bend and unique mounting brackets. This allows for the best possible fit on your vehicle and ensures solid attachment. The brackets also use pre-existing factory holes in the vehicle's frame to eliminate drilling, speed up installation and increase rigidity. This bull bar fits select model years of the Ford Expedition, Ford F-150 and Lincoln Mark LT (see application info to verify fitment).

Yes. The installation procedure for vehicles with factory tow hooks involves removing the front tow hook bolt and loosening the rear bolt, then sliding the tow hooks off. The bottom brackets are then positioned against the bottom frame and secured using the factory tow hook bolts.

Trimming may be required for newer year models. For vehicles without factory tow hooks, you may need to remove the lower plastic portion of the bumper to access the frame rail ends, and the indented pockets in the lower bumper will need to be cut out to allow the bottom brackets to pass through.
1. Remove and verify all parts. 2. For vehicles with tow hooks: remove front bolt, loosen and remove rear bolt, slide tow hooks off. For vehicles without tow hooks: insert bolt plates through frame ends into bottom frame holes. 3. Position bottom brackets against bottom frame. 4. Secure bottom brackets (using factory tow hook bolts for equipped vehicles, or 12mm washers, lock washers, and hex nuts for non-equipped vehicles). 5. Position bull bar on outer side of mounting brackets. 6. Attach bull bar using 10mm hex head bolts, lock washers, flat washers, and hex nuts. 7. Adjust bull bar and tighten all hardware.
Position the bull bar on the outer side of the mounting brackets. Attach it using 4 included 10mm x 30mm hex head bolts, 4 10mm lock washers, 4 10mm hex nuts, and 8 10mm flat washers (2 per bolt). After positioning, tighten all hardware.
Perform periodic inspections to ensure all hardware remains secure and tight. Wax the product after installation to protect the finish. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer. Do not use polish or wax containing abrasives, as these can damage the finish. For stainless steel finishes, aluminum polish may be used on small scratches and scuffs, or mild soap for cleaning. For gloss black finishes, use only mild soap for cleaning.
