The ARIES 3" bull bar is made for those who face the uncertain road without fear. This particular model is constructed from 304 stainless steel. 304 stainless is high in nickel content, allowing the bull bar to easily resist water, road salt and rust and maintain its mirror-like polished finish in spite of the elements. Other available finishes include high-gloss black stainless steel, textured black steel and semi-gloss black steel. Customizing the look of your vehicle is simple with the ARIES 3" bull bar. It is equipped with pre-drilled light mounting holes and a removable skid plate. The center crossbar features two pre-drilled holes that readily accept an LED light bar or two LED work lights. The skid plate is made from 304 stainless steel and has a brushed finish to stop rust and hide scratches and scuffs. It also features an aggressive, ARIES-exclusive cutout pattern and can be removed for a customized look. Each ARIES 3" bull bar is made a vehicle-specific design, meaning that for each make and model, the bull bar has a custom bend and unique mounting brackets. This allows for the best possible fit on your vehicle and ensures solid attachment. The brackets also use pre-existing factory holes in the vehicle's frame to eliminate drilling, speed up installation and increase rigidity. This bull bar fits select model years of the Toyota Sequoia and Toyota Tundra (see application info to verify fitment).

The kit includes one 3" bull bar, two mounting brackets (driver and passenger side), four M12 hex bolts, eight M12 flat washers, four M12 lock washers, and four M12 hex nuts. All fasteners needed for installation are provided.
Yes. You must remove the factory tow hooks from underneath the vehicle as the first step of installation. The tow hooks are then reused to secure the mounting brackets to the frame channel. Set the factory hardware aside during removal so it can be reinstalled.
No. Some factory tow hooks may not clear the bracket and cannot be reinstalled. You should check the fit between the tow hook and bracket on both sides before fully tightening. If a tow hook does not fit, it cannot be used with this bull bar.
You will need a ratchet, 18mm socket, 19mm wrench, and a level. These are the only tools specified in the manual. Proper tools will improve the quality of installation and reduce the time required.
At least two people are required. The manual states "With help, lift the bull bar into place" in Step 4, indicating that a second person is necessary to safely position the bull bar during installation.
Do not fully tighten any hardware until the bull bar is leveled and positioned. First, snug (partially tighten) the factory tow hook hardware in Steps 2–3. Then snug the M12 bolts connecting the bull bar to the brackets in Step 5. Once the bull bar is leveled and adjusted in Step 6, tighten all bracket hardware to the vehicle first, followed by the bull bar connections.
After inserting and snugging the M12 bolts in Step 5, use a level to check and adjust the bull bar to your desired location in Step 6. The manual recommends using a level tool to ensure proper alignment before final tightening.
M12 bolts must be torqued to 28 ft.-lbs. This applies to the hex bolts used to connect the bull bar to the mounting brackets.
Periodic inspections should be performed to ensure all mounting hardware remains tight. To protect the product, wax the bull bar after installation. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives, as these could damage the finish. For stainless steel, mild polish may be used to clear small scratches and scuffs, and mild soap may be used to clean the product.
The manual recommends installing a license plate relocation bracket (ARIES part# 35-0000), sold separately, before installing the bull bar. However, the manual does not state whether it is required or optional.
