ARIES 4" oval side bars are sleek, strong and custom-fitted to be a highly functional extension of your truck. ARIES 4" oval side bars are made with strong 4" elliptical tubing and are available in two different finish options to allow for full customization: polished stainless steel and black powder coat carbon steel. This set of side bars is constructed from 304 stainless steel, meaning high nickel content to be truly stainless. They easily resist rust and corrosion and feature a highly polished finish that is made to last. Something that sets the ARIES 4" oval side bar apart from all others is its blended end caps and OE-style bends. Rather than capping our side bars with a plastic cap, we offer a blended end cap for a smooth, finished appearance. We also equip the ends with a special 20-degree bend and original equipment styling to perfectly contour to your vehicle. ARIES 4" oval side bars are fitted with raised step pads to provide a wide stepping surface. The polypropylene construction will not crack over time, and because it has a textured grip, the surface is highly resistant to slips and skids, even when wet. Installation of ARIES 4" oval side bars is quick and easy with custom-fitted mounting brackets and no drilling necessary. These nerf bars fit select model years of the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon crew cab (see application info to verify fitment).

Yes. Starting at the front driver-side mounting location, remove the two hole plugs to access the mounting points underneath the vehicle.
At each of the three mounting locations (front, middle, and rear), insert a clip nut through the access hole and align it over the adjacent smaller hole. Insert a second clip nut over the lower mounting tab. Place the mounting bracket onto the vehicle and secure with two 8mm hex bolts, two 8mm lock washers, and two 8mm flat washers. Snug the hardware but do not fully tighten until all brackets are installed and the side bar is leveled.
1. Install all three mounting brackets on the driver side (front, middle, rear), snugging but not fully tightening. 2. Place the driver-side bar onto the brackets and secure with 10mm hex bolts, lock washers, and flat washers at each point, snugging but not fully tightening. 3. Adjust and level the side bar. 4. Tighten all bracket fasteners to the vehicle first, then tighten the side bar connections. 5. Repeat the entire process on the passenger side.
