Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

Equip your vehicle for towing and hitch-mounted accessories with a dependable CURT 2" trailer hitch. Designed for a vehicle-specific fit, CURT receiver hitches provide a strong and secure connection point for towing trailers, carrying bikes, transporting cargo and using other compatible 2-inch hitch accessories.
Our selection of CURT 2-inch receiver hitches includes options for trucks, SUVs, crossovers, vans and passenger vehicles. Each hitch is engineered to match specific vehicle mounting points, helping provide a clean installation and dependable performance. Depending on the vehicle application, available options may include Class 3, Class 4 and heavy-duty receiver hitches with different gross trailer weight and tongue weight capacities.
A 2" x 2" receiver opening is one of the most common hitch sizes and works with a wide range of towing accessories, including ball mounts, bike racks, cargo carriers, hitch steps and tow hooks. When towing a trailer, you may also need a properly rated trailer ball, hitch pin, wiring harness, brake controller or weight distribution system.
CURT trailer hitches feature a durable black finish designed to help protect against rust, scratches and exposure to road conditions. Many models install using existing holes in the vehicle frame, although drilling, trimming or temporary removal of vehicle components may be required for certain applications.
Use our vehicle fitment tools to find the correct CURT 2" trailer hitch for your year, make and model. Always compare the hitch rating with your vehicle’s towing capacity and the ratings of every component in your towing setup. The maximum towing capacity is determined by the lowest-rated component.
Shop CURT 2-inch trailer hitches at TowUniverse for vehicle-specific fitment, trusted towing performance and access to the accessories needed to complete your towing setup.

Yes, part number 33022 is designed for Toyota T100 Pickup in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. The installation procedure is the same for both drivetrain types, though 4WD trucks require removal of additional frame reinforcement bolts.
Yes. On 2WD trucks, you remove two inner bolts from the bottom of the bumper and use the existing nut in the frame. On 4WD trucks, you remove those two bumper bolts plus four additional 12mm bolts (two on each side) that secure the frame reinforcement to the frame above the leaf spring. After installation, 4WD trucks will have extra nuts and washers remaining in the parts bag.
You will need a 9/16" socket, 18mm wrench, 7/32" Allen wrench, and a torque wrench. The Allen wrench is used to remove the bumper bolts, and the torque wrench is essential for the final torque specification step.
The kit includes M12 × 1.25 × 35mm bolts (D), helical lock washers (H), serrated washers (J), nuts (I), 3/8-16 × 1-1/4 inch bolts (E), 3/8 helical lock washers (F), and 3/8 serrated washers (L). All fasteners are supplied by Towing Products and must be used as specified—do not substitute with other fasteners.
You must use only Towing Products supplied or approved bolts, locknuts, and washers. Do not substitute fasteners, as this may compromise the integrity of the installation and void the warranty.
The manual does not specify whether the battery must be disconnected. Consult the manufacturer or your vehicle's owner's manual for guidance on electrical safety during frame-mounted component installation.
No. The hitch uses existing bolt holes in the bumper and frame. The manual explicitly states: "DO NOT DRILL OR WELD TO THIS HITCH." No drilling, welding, trimming, or permanent modifications to the hitch are permitted.
1. Remove the two inner bolts from the bottom of the bumper (all trucks) and the four frame reinforcement bolts on 4WD trucks. 2. Install the left and right frame brackets (A and B) with flanges pointing outward over the holes where hardware was removed, using bolts (D), lock washers (H), serrated washers (J), and nuts (I). 3. Position the center section (C) between the frame brackets and adjust so the rear end of the hitch is just below the bumper. 4. Install bolts (D) through the center section and frame brackets with lock washers (H) and nuts (I). 5. Adjust the hitch so the holes in the bumper bar (K) align with the bolt holes in the bottom of the bumper, then install bolts (E) with lock washers (F) and serrated washers (L).
Torque the 3/8" bolts (E) to 35 ft•lb first. Then torque the four 12mm nuts (I) on the center section (C) to 75 ft•lb. Finally, torque the six 12mm bolts (D) in the frame brackets (A) and (B) to 75 ft•lb. Do not lubricate threads before installation, as this may cause bolt failure due to over-tightening.
The weight distributing hitch rating is 7000 lb maximum gross trailer weight and 700 lb maximum tongue weight. The weight carrying hitch rating is 5000 lb maximum gross trailer weight and 500 lb maximum tongue weight. Consult your vehicle owner's manual for towing recommendations and limitations specific to your Toyota T100.
No. Do not lubricate threads. The manual explicitly warns that bolt failure may occur due to over-tightening if threads are lubricated. Install all fasteners dry and follow the specified torque values exactly.
