Fulton has produced marine and utility trailer hardware for more than a century, and its jacks, winches and couplers are a standard for light and medium-duty trailering. The XLT and F2 series cover swivel and fixed jacks, hand and powered winches from 1,500 to 3,200 pounds, and couplers built to keep working in wet, salty conditions.
With more than a hundred years of production behind it, Fulton has become the reference point for light and medium-duty trailer hardware, particularly on the marine side. That environment is the toughest test a trailer component faces. A boat trailer is reversed into fresh or salt water on every launch and left to sit wet, which finds every weakness in plating, sealing and material choice. Fulton's stated position is that the brand performs best when the weather is at its worst, and its product engineering reflects that. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Draw-Tite, Bulldog, Tekonsha and Wesbar.
Marine and utility jacks anchor the line. The XLT Series marine jack uses a bolt-through swivel mount built from three-dimensionally formed heavy-gauge steel stampings with a proprietary bushing material, a combination chosen to minimise deflection under tongue load while keeping the swivel action working after years of exposure. The F2 Series takes corrosion resistance further as the industry's only extruded aluminium marine jack with an anodised finish, which removes the rust problem at its source rather than coating over it. The wider trailer jack range covers topwind, sidewind and drop-leg configurations.
Trailer winches pull boats onto bunks and rollers. XLT Series winches use efficient gear ratios, full-length drum bearings, oil-impregnated shaft bushings and a Comfort Grip handle that makes the last few turns under load bearable, in 1,500 and 1,800 pound capacities. F2 Series winches use an enclosed frame for a cleaner look and added protection, in 1,600, 2,000 and 3,200 pound models, including two-speed options that trade line speed for cranking effort.
Couplers complete the range, including A-frame couplers matched to common tongue sizes and load ratings, serving boat owners, utility trailer users and trailer manufacturers.

Tighten the U-bolt nuts to 20–25 ft-lbs.

The F3576 is a trailer jack manufactured by Cequent Trailer Products. It is designed to support and raise the tongue of a trailer for coupling and uncoupling. Yes. The F3576 is available in two main configurations: bolt-on and weld-on. The bolt-on model fits 3"×3", 3"×4", or 3"×5" trailer tubes and uses U-bolts for attachment. The weld-on model includes a mounting plate that must be welded to the trailer tube by an AWS certified welder.
The manual does not specify required tools. However, for bolt-on installation you will need a wrench or socket to tighten the U-bolt nuts to 20–25 ft-lbs and the swivel fasteners to 60–70 ft-lbs. For weld-on installation, you must hire an AWS certified welder to attach the mounting plate.
The manual does not explicitly require professional installation for bolt-on models, but weld-on models must be installed by an AWS certified welder. For bolt-on installation, you must be able to position the jack correctly, check for interference, and torque fasteners to specification.

Align the top of the mounting plate flush with the top of the trailer tube. 4. Weld completely around using a 3/16" fillet weld. 5. The threaded holes in the mounting plate may need to be masked for painting or re-tapped, depending on trailer finish requirements. 6. Recheck the position of the mounting plate according to the precautions listed in the manual before and after installation.
Assemble the handle assembly as shown in the diagram and torque the locknut to 20–25 in-lbs.
Thread the footplate into the bottom of the jack tube and torque to 60–70 ft-lbs.
Assemble the optional wheel wedge as shown in the diagram and torque to 6–9 in-lbs. To activate, press downward until the wedge locks into place. To release, lift up until pressure is released from the wheels. The wheel wedge is not intended to be a wheel brake or stop.
1. Place the handle hold-up with its stop block pointing toward the top of the jack. 2. Center the hold-up on the handle. 3. Drive the pin flush through the hold-up and both tabs. Proper assembly allows the handle hold-up to rotate down in the event of crank handle bypass.
Never position any part of your body under or in the path of the jack or the load being supported or moved. Do not allow children to play on or around the product or load. Secure the load, vehicle and trailer from rolling by blocking wheels when operating the jack. Never exceed the maximum rated capacity. The F3576 is designed for vertical loading only; excessive side forces may cause jack failure and must be avoided. Do not use the jack as a transport device for the implement it is attached to. Before manually moving the trailer, crank the jack to its lowest position. Always replace bent, broken or worn parts before using the product.

The F3576 is designed with precision fit components and corrosion resistant materials to minimize the frequency of maintenance. Occasional cleaning with mild soap and water along with light oil lubrication of pivot points will prolong peak performance and appearance.
After installation is complete, check for interference again from the tow vehicle, tongue, ground and any other mounted accessories in all positions including handle swing and swivel positions. After adjusting the swivel mount height, check for proper swivel and pin engagement.
The F3576 comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Cequent Trailer Products warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that the product will be free from material defects in both material and workmanship, ordinary wear and tear excepted, provided that installation and use of the product is in accordance with product instructions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage through abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, misapplication, overloading, improper installation, improper maintenance and repair, or product alteration by anyone other than the manufacturer.
