Whether you're on the job or off-roading through the wilderness, it doesn't take long for rocks and other debris to wreak havoc on the body of your truck. LUVERNE Textured Rubber Mud Guards are the perfect solution for maintaining that pristine, professional look. For the front or rear of the truck, these custom mud flaps add style and body protection. They are constructed from heavy-duty black rubber that stands up to road debris and sheds water with ease. They feature 18-gauge stainless steel plates to help protect the bottom edge and extend the life of the mud flaps. With their 3/8" thick, recycled rubber construction, Textured Rubber Mud Guards easily deflect everything from mud to gravel, protecting the body of your truck from scratches, chips and scuffs. They are also made to add a stylish accent to your truck, featuring stainless steel plates along the bottom edge of each flap. The plates are made from 18-gauge stainless steel to provide a heavy-duty, rust-resistant shield, and they feature a bright, high-polish finish for a long-lasting shine. The textured finish of the rubber mud flaps is also designed to easily hide minor scuffs and scratches and maintain a clean appearance. For an easy installation and a custom fit, these truck mud flaps are made vehicle-specific. This particular set fits specific years of the Chevy Silverado 1500, 2500 HD or 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 1500, 2500 HD or 3500 HD (see application info to verify fitment). They install with corrosion-resistant fasteners and high-strength steel mounting brackets with a galvanized finish for long-lasting durability. Universal mud flaps are also available.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

These splash guards are designed for 2007 and newer GM pickups. The manual does not specify which cab styles, bed lengths, or drivetrain configurations are compatible. Contact the manufacturer or your retailer to confirm fitment for your specific truck model and year.
Model 250740 measures 12.00" × 20.00", while model 250743 measures 12.00" × 23.00". Both are no-drill rubber splash guards for 2007 and newer GM pickups. The installation procedure is the same for both models.
No. Front installation is no-drill. You remove two factory hex head sems screws and one plastic push-in fastener from the wheel well liner, then fasten the splash guard using the provided hardware.
No drilling is required if you use the no-drill clips (Item #5) and multi-thread U-nuts (Item #6) supplied with the product. If your vehicle has a fender well liner, drilling 5/16" holes is required as an alternative installation method.
The manual lists the following items: hex head sems screws (Item #8), 1/4 × 1-1/4" socket button head screws (Item #5 for front installation), 1/4" fender washers (Item #7), 1/4-20 serrated flange nuts (Item #6), no-drill clips (Item #5 for rear installation), multi-thread U-nuts (Item #6 for rear installation), and screws and washers (Items #8 and #9 for drill application). Verify all parts are present before starting installation.
Yes. The manual explicitly states: 'Read instructions completely and check to make sure that all required parts (listed on service parts list) are on hand before starting the installation.' Verify all hardware and clips are present before removing any factory fasteners.
1. Remove two factory hex head sems screws and the bottom inboard plastic push-in fastener from the wheel well liner. 2. Position the splash guard against the wheel well flange. 3. Install two hex head sems screws (Item #8) through the top and second holes from the top. 4. Install a 1/4 × 1-1/4" socket button head screw (Item #5), 1/4" fender washer (Item #7), and 1/4-20 serrated flange nut (Item #6) through the bottom inboard hole. 5. Adjust the splash guard position as desired, level it, and tighten all fasteners.
1. Assemble the no-drill clips (Item #5) and multi-thread U-nuts (Item #6) together. 2. Starting with the bottom round hole, assemble the screw and washers through the splash guard and into the clip; do not tighten fully. 3. Position the splash guard against the wheel well flange and hook the clip behind it with the serrated edge on the wheel well flange; tighten finger-tight. 4. Install the remaining two clips using the two top oblong holes, ensuring clips hook behind the wheel well flange; finger-tighten. 5. Adjust the splash guard position as desired, level it, and tighten all fasteners.
1. Hold the mudguard up and line the holes with the fender flange so all three holes align on the center of the flange; mark the holes. 2. Drill 5/16" holes. 3. Slide a U-nut (Item #6) onto each drilled hole, then place the mudguard on, lining up the holes with the U-nuts. 4. Fasten with screw and washer (Items #8 and #9). 5. Adjust the mudguard position as desired, level it, and tighten all fasteners.
Drill 5/16" holes. The manual specifies that you hold the mudguard up, line the holes with the fender flange so all three holes align on the center of the flange, mark the holes, and then drill 5/16" holes.
No. The manual explicitly states that the two factory hex head sems screws removed from the wheel well liner 'are not reused.' You will install new hex head sems screws (Item #8) provided with the splash guard kit.
Finger-tight means tightened by hand only, without using tools. The manual instructs you to finger-tighten the clips during assembly (steps 3.3 and 3.4) before final positioning and leveling, at which point you tighten all fasteners fully.
No. The manual instructs you to assemble the screw and washers through the splash guard and into the clip without tightening all the way (step 3.2), then tighten finger-tight after positioning the clip (step 3.3). Only after all clips are installed, the splash guard is positioned and leveled should you tighten all fasteners fully (step 3.5).
After fastening the splash guard, locate (position) it in or out as desired, then level it before tightening all fasteners. The manual does not specify tools or methods for leveling; a standard level tool is typically used to ensure the guard is horizontal.
