Whether you're on the job or off-roading through the wilderness, it doesn't take long for rocks and other debris to wreak havoc on the body of your truck. LUVERNE Textured Rubber Mud Guards are the perfect solution for maintaining that pristine, professional look. For the front or rear of the truck, these custom mud flaps add style and body protection. They are constructed from heavy-duty black rubber that stands up to road debris and sheds water with ease. They feature 18-gauge stainless steel plates to help protect the bottom edge and extend the life of the mud flaps. With their 3/8" thick, recycled rubber construction, Textured Rubber Mud Guards easily deflect everything from mud to gravel, protecting the body of your truck from scratches, chips and scuffs. They are also made to add a stylish accent to your truck, featuring stainless steel plates along the bottom edge of each flap. The plates are made from 18-gauge stainless steel to provide a heavy-duty, rust-resistant shield, and they feature a bright, high-polish finish for a long-lasting shine. The textured finish of the rubber mud flaps is also designed to easily hide minor scuffs and scratches and maintain a clean appearance. For an easy installation and a custom fit, these truck mud flaps are made vehicle-specific. This particular set fits specific years of the Ram 1500, 2500 and Dodge Ram 1500 (see application info to verify fitment). They install with corrosion-resistant fasteners and high-strength steel mounting brackets with a galvanized finish for long-lasting durability. Universal mud flaps are also available.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

The LUVERNE Rear 12" x 20" Rubber Mud Guards, Select Dodge, Ram 1500, 2500 (2 Flaps) 250931 (Part #FTNF250931) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
Model 250931 (12" × 20") and model 250933 (12" × 23") mudguards fit 2009 and newer Dodge Ram 1500 Series trucks and 2010 and newer Dodge Ram HD Series trucks. Confirm your truck model year and series before purchasing.
Yes, but fender flares may need to be notched to allow the mounting bracket to sit flush with the back of the mudguard. The installation instructions note this as a potential requirement depending on your vehicle's fender flare configuration.
The kit includes: (2) #8 metal U-clips (item #10), (2) 8-15 × 1-3/4" screws (item #8), #8 flat washers (item #9), mounting brackets (items #3 and #4), ¼" × 1" button head screws (item #5), ¼" flat washers (item #7), and ¼-20 serrated flange nuts (item #6). The factory fender brace bolt is reused. Check the service parts list for a complete inventory before starting installation.
You do not need to fully remove the wheel well liner. You must remove two factory wheel well liner retainer screws from the metallic flange (these are not reused). The mounting bracket is positioned below the plastic wheel well liner. However, the installation may require a small slit in the inside of the wheel well liner to allow the mudguard to lay flat.
Only if your vehicle does not have factory fender flares. If there are no fender flares, remove the plastic rock guard on the bottom by removing the two plastic plugs. This rock guard will not be reused. If your truck has fender flares, this step is not required.
1. Remove two factory wheel well liner retainer screws from the metallic flange (not reused). 2. If no fender flares, remove the plastic rock guard by removing two plastic plugs (not reused). 3. Insert two #8 metal U-clips into the metallic wheel well flange over existing holes. 4. Remove the hex head factory fender brace bolt from the bottom of the box rocker panel (reused). 5. Position the mudguard and install two 8-15 × 1-3/4" screws with #8 flat washers through the first and third holes from the top into the metal U-clips (finger tight). 6. Install the mounting bracket above the metal fender and below the wheel well liner using ¼" × 1" button head screws, ¼" flat washers, and ¼-20 serrated flange nuts (finger tight). 7. Reinstall the factory fender brace bolt through the mounting bracket hole (finger tight). 8. Make a small slit in the wheel well liner if needed. 9. Adjust mudguard position, level it to align with the rear tire and front mudguard, then fully tighten all fasteners. 10. Repeat for the opposite side.
Leave all fasteners finger tight during installation. After positioning the mudguard, leveling it to align with the rear tire and matching the front mudguard, then tighten all fasteners fully. This allows you to adjust the mudguard position before final tightening.
This application may require a small slit in the inside of the wheel well liner to allow the mudguard to lay flat. Whether this is necessary depends on your specific vehicle configuration. The slit should be made only if the mudguard does not lay flat after initial positioning.
Fender flares may need to be notched to allow the mounting bracket to sit flush with the back of the mudguard. Whether notching is required depends on your vehicle's fender flare configuration. Check fit during step 2.6 before making any modifications.
Yes. The hex head factory fender brace bolt from the bottom of the box rocker panel is reused. Remove it in step 2.4, then reinstall it through the hole in the mounting bracket in step 2.7, leaving it finger tight until final tightening in step 2.9.
Two fasteners are not reused: the two factory wheel well liner retainer screws removed in step 2.1, and the plastic rock guard (removed by taking out two plastic plugs in step 2.2, if your vehicle has no fender flares). All other fasteners in the kit are new and are installed as part of the mudguard assembly.
Model 250931 (12" × 20") and 250933 (12" × 23") fit 2009+ Dodge Ram 1500 and 2010+ Dodge Ram HD Series trucks.
Yes, but fender flares may need to be notched to allow the mounting bracket to sit flush with the mudguard.
No. Remove only the two retainer screws from the metallic flange. You may need to make a small slit in the wheel well liner to allow the mudguard to lay flat.
Leave all fasteners finger tight during positioning. After leveling the mudguard to align with the rear tire and front mudguard, fully tighten all fasteners.
This application may require a small slit in the inside of the wheel well liner to allow the mudguard to lay flat, depending on your vehicle.
