LUVERNE Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel steps are the ultimate combination of deluxe style and reliable functionality. They feature extra rear step pads for convenient truck bed access, a highly rust-resistant construction and a vehicle-specific fit for your truck. Regal 7 wheel-to-wheel steps are engineered for practical access to the bed of your truck, featuring an extended length and extra rear step pads. Wheel-to-wheel running boards give you a solid step up for easily reaching items in the truck bed, such as a truck tool box, ladder rack, 5th wheel hitch or other equipment. Regal 7 oval side steps are fitted with large, non-skid step pads. They feature a 7" width and a textured surface, providing enhanced comfort and safety when climbing in and out of your pickup truck. The step pads and matching end caps of Regal 7 wheel-to-wheel steps are angled for a sleek accent. To ensure e xcellent strength and lasting corrosion resistance, Regal 7 oval side steps are constructed from stainless steel. The stainless steel tubing measures 7" wide and has an elliptical shape for style and strength. All Regal 7 side steps are designed for a custom-fit installation, using vehicle-specific brackets. The brackets are built from strong carbon steel and have a durable black powder coat finish. They install using pre-existing mounting points on the truck to greatly reduce installation time and eliminate tedious modifications. This particular set of LUVERNE Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel steps is designed to fit specific years of the Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 (see application information to verify fitment; brackets included but shipped separately).
Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel side steps are designed to be the largest oval nerf bars on the market, featuring a patented design, non-skid step pads and a sleek nerf bar styling. They have full-width step pads for non-skid comfort and safety.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

Yes, the steps are pre-assembled from the factory. The serial number label is located on the front inside of the driver's side step assembly.
The step assembly is attached using 5/16-18 x 1" black stainless steel hex bolts (item #10), flat washers (item #11), and serrated flange nuts (item #12). Twenty of each fastener are included in the service parts list.
All 5/16" fasteners on the Regal 7 Oval Step must be torqued to 19 LB FT.
1. Set the step on the mounting brackets. 2. Slide each support mounting plate (item #9) inside the oval step and above each bracket. 3. Using the supplied 5/16-18 x 1" black stainless steel hex bolt, washer, and serrated flange nut, attach the step assembly, support mounting plate, and mounting bracket. 4. Set the step plate in the correct position and tighten all fasteners to 19 LB FT.
Read the instructions completely and verify that all required parts listed on the service parts list are on hand before starting. Follow the instructions included with the specific bracket package you are using to mount the brackets to your vehicle.
Read the instructions completely and verify that all required parts listed on the service parts list are on hand before starting. The bracket installation involves removing factory body mount bolts and spring hanger bolts, so ensure you have the proper tools and workspace.
1. On the short threaded end of the load reaction stud (item #11), install a black 3/8" serrated flange nut (item #10) backwards to the bottom of the thread. 2. Install a black 3/8" flat washer (item #9) and rubber cushion washer (item #8) tight against the serrated flange nut, with the stud end recessed in the rubber washer approximately 3/16". 3. On the long threaded end of the stud, install a black 3/8" serrated flange nut (item #10) backwards to near the bottom of the threads.
Insert the stud from the inboard side of the bracket through the lowest hole in the bent flange that will allow the rubber washer to set firmly against the side wall of the frame. Install a black flange nut (item #10) on the outboard end of the stud finger tight only. Note: If mounting on a 1500 model pickup, you must attach bracket (item #14) to brackets (item #1 and #2) in order to use the load reaction stud.
Install the front mounting bracket (item #1 and #2) to the front cab mount as shown in the instructions, leaving these fasteners finger tight. The factory front body mount bolts must be removed first and reinstalled through the brackets.
Install the center mounting bracket (item #3 and #4) to the center cab mount as shown in the instructions, leaving these fasteners finger tight. The factory center body mount bolts must be removed first and reinstalled through the brackets.
1. Install the rear inboard mounting bracket (item #7) and washer (item #13) to the rear cab mount, leaving fasteners finger tight. 2. Attach the rear outboard cab mounting bracket (item #5 and #6) to the rear inboard bracket using 3/8" black zinc plated bolts (item #12), washers (item #9), and serrated flange nuts (item #10). 3. Mount the rear outboard bracket to the back side of the rear inboard bracket (towards the rear of the vehicle). 4. Use the bottom single hole and top double holes in the rear inboard bracket. 5. Put bolts through the front side so serrated flange nuts are on the back side for frame clearance. 6. Torque the bolts to 19 LB FT.

1. Loosen the spring hanger bolt just enough so the inboard spring hanger mounting bracket (item #23) can be slid up behind the flange of the bolt. 2. Position the inboard bracket behind the flange of the spring hanger bolt with the channel open to the outboard side. 3. Install the outboard spring hanger mounting bracket (item #22) so its inboard vertical portion fits inside the channel of the inboard bracket. 4. Use the 3/8" zinc plated bolt (item #20), 3/8" washer (item #21), 1/2" washer (item #18), and 3/8" zinc plated nylock nut (item #19). 5. Do not tighten these bolts until the bracket is attached to the step assembly.
