The LUVERNE Tuff Guard is the front bumper protector of choice for commercial vans that are ready to work. This heavy-duty brush guard features the fitment of a grille guard with the functionality of a bumper to give you style and extra protection. It is built with stainless steel tubing, welded together to be structurally strong and perfectly suited to fit your front end. The stainless steel is both strong and corrosion-resistant and is covered in a durable, textured black powder coat. While some aftermarket bumpers and van bumper guards are merely designed to add a flashy appearance, others are purely focused on utility with no style at all. The LUVERNE Tuff Guard combines the best of both worlds, featuring heavy-duty 3" diameter tubing, laid out in an attractive double-stack design to add front-end protection and a sleek, professional look to your cargo van. The tubing is a 14-gauge stainless steel for increased strength, and it features MIG welds for maximum rigidity. To make the Tuff Guard even tougher, we construct it from 409 stainless steel. A stainless steel construction allows it to easily withstand rust and the elements and provide long-lasting protection for your vehicle. We cover each Tuff Guard van bumper guard in a textured black powder coat for maximum corrosion resistance. This custom van bumper guard fits specific years of the Ram ProMaster 1500, 2500 and 3500 (see application info to confirm fitment). It mounts using high-strength steel brackets with a durable black powder coat finish to ensure reliability job after job. The Tuff Guard can also accept 3" accessory mounting tabs #390103 for attaching LED work lights, a license plate bracket or other cargo van accessories.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

Yes, the Curt 205530 grille guard is designed for Dodge ProMaster Vans from 2014 to current model years. The guard is a 3-inch tubular design in black and mounts to the vehicle frame using factory bolt locations and new mounting brackets.
The kit includes the tubular guard (part 205530), left and right mounting brackets (205911, 205912), left and right mounting bracket braces (205913, 205914), spacers, carriage bolts in two sizes (1/2"-13 x 2" and 1/2"-13 x 1-1/4"), hex head cap bolts (M10 x 1.25 x 40mm), various washers and lock washers, acorn nuts in two sizes, and an optional license plate bracket (205865) with self-drilling screws. See the service parts list for complete quantities and part numbers.
Yes. You must open the hood and remove the factory grille using Torx fasteners, then remove the center fascia using Torx fasteners. After drilling mounting holes in the fascia, you reinstall both the fascia and grille before final bracket and guard installation.
Yes. You must drill four 1-inch diameter holes in the center fascia. The holes are located 2 inches down from the air intake slots, spaced 32-3/4 inches on center, with a rectangle 2-1/2 inches high and 32-3/4 inches long. Use a hole saw with at least a 1-inch diameter. This is a permanent modification to the fascia.
You will need a torque wrench, socket and wrench set for 1/2-inch, 3/8-inch, and 10mm fasteners, a hole saw (1-inch minimum diameter), and a tape measure. A Torx fastener driver is also required to remove and reinstall the factory grille and fascia.
The 1/2"-13 acorn nuts (item 15) that fasten the guard to the brackets and the brackets to the frame bolts must be tightened to 65 foot-pounds. This applies to both the guard-to-bracket connection and the bracket-to-frame connection.
The 3/8"-16 acorn nuts (item 16) that fasten the braces to the mounting brackets must be tightened to 18 foot-pounds.
The 10mm bolts that attach the mounting brackets to the frame must be tightened to 30 foot-pounds. These bolts are initially snugged but not tightened in step 6, then tightened in step 8 after the brackets are aligned.
Follow this sequence: (1) Tighten the 1/2"-13 carriage bolts in the bumper bar to 65 foot-pounds (step 4). (2) Snug but do not tighten the M10 x 1.25 x 40mm bolts in the mounting bracket braces (step 6). (3) Tighten the 10mm bolts to 30 foot-pounds (step 8). (4) Remove the brackets and flat washers, drill the fascia holes, and reinstall the fascia and grille. (5) Install the mounting brackets and guard with fasteners loose. (6) Push the guard toward the truck to take up slack, then tighten the 1/2-inch acorn nuts on the guard-to-bracket bolts to 65 foot-pounds (step 16). (7) Tighten the 1/2-inch acorn nuts on the bracket-to-frame bolts to 65 foot-pounds (step 17). (8) Tighten the 3/8-inch acorn nuts on the brace bolts to 18 foot-pounds (step 18).
Pushing the guard toward the truck takes up slack in the mounting holes. This ensures proper alignment and seating of the guard on the brackets before the 1/2-inch acorn nuts are tightened to their final torque of 65 foot-pounds.
Insert the heads of the 1/2"-13 x 2" clipped head carriage bolts into the outside slotted holes of the bumper bar, then turn them 90 degrees and push them to the outside of the slot. The bolts should be approximately 32-3/4 inches on center. Tighten the nuts to 65 foot-pounds.
The left and right mounting bracket braces (items 4 and 5) provide structural support and alignment for the mounting brackets. They are fastened to the mounting brackets using 3/8"-16 x 1-1/4" carriage bolts, 3/8" flat washers, 3/8" lock washers, and 3/8"-16 acorn nuts, tightened to 18 foot-pounds.
The license plate bracket (item 6) is optional and included in the kit. Depending on your state regulations, you can use it to relocate the license plate to the horizontal tubes of the grille guard using two self-drilling screws (item 7). Check your state's requirements before installation.
The four 1-inch diameter holes must be drilled in a rectangle pattern: 32-3/4 inches long (on center) and 2-1/2 inches high. The holes are located 2 inches down from the air intake slots. Mark the center of the fascia at approximately 20 inches, then measure 16-3/8 inches in each direction to establish the 32-3/4-inch on-center spacing.
After tightening all fasteners, verify that the grille guard brackets are centered on the frame bolts. This check is performed in step 17 before final tightening of the 1/2-inch acorn nuts on the bracket-to-frame bolts to 65 foot-pounds.
