The options are endless! DRAW-TITE Class 3 Custom Trailer Hitches come complete with all the mounting hardware needed for installation and are backed by a nationwide lifetime limited warranty. So, whether you are headed out to the campground, the lake, or the bike trails, or you are tackling a project at home and need to haul the materials home, choose DRAW-TITE and travel with confidence knowing your setup is connected with the security only DRAW-TITE can provide. DRAW-TITE: North America?s Favorite Hitch

Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

Required tools: ratchet, torque wrench, safety glasses, sockets (10 mm, 13 mm, 21 mm, 3/4 inch), 6 inch socket extension, flat head screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, utility knife, drill, and 1 inch holesaw.
Yes. A 1 inch holesaw is required to drill an access hole on each side of the frame rail, located between the exhaust hanger bracket and suspension mount. This is a permanent modification.
Tighten all 1/2 inch fasteners to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N·M) and all M14 fasteners to 115 Lb.-Ft. (156 N·M) using a torque wrench.
Maximum Gross Trailer Weight: 4500 lb. (2043 kg). Maximum Tongue Weight: 675 lb. (306 kg). Do not exceed the lower of your towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or these limits.
No, but you must loosen it. Use a Phillips screwdriver and 10 mm socket to remove 4 bolts and 1 plastic flange nut from the passenger side wheel well fender to allow easier access during installation. Reinstall these fasteners in Step 7.
The hitch receiver (part numbers 76021, 84021, or CQT76021) comes with fastener kit 76021F, which includes: 6 carriage bolts (1/2"-13 x 1.75 GR5), 6 spacers (.250 x 1.0 x 2.0), 6 conical washers (1/2 inch), 6 hex nuts (1/2-13 GR5), and 6 pull wires (1/2-13). The hitch ball is not included.
Yes, but the installation procedure differs. If your vehicle has a factory tow hook, use a 21 mm socket to remove the M14 bolts at the rubber plug locations and save them for reinstallation. Skip Step 3 (drilling the access hole). In Step 5, loosely secure the factory M14 bolts to the hitch attachment holes instead of using carriage bolts. In Step 6, tighten these M14 fasteners to 115 Lb.-Ft. (156 N·M).
The teeth side of the conical washer must face against the hitch. Install the conical washer and hex nut loosely in Step 5, then tighten to final torque in Step 6.
Use fishwire (pull wire) to route the carriage bolt and spacer into the frame through the bottom drilled hole. Leave the pull wires attached. Raise the hitch into position and carefully slide it over the exhaust hanger. Feed the pull wires through the bracket holes, then remove the pull wires and install the conical washer and hex nut.
Remove 1 rubber plug from the bottom frame rail and 2 rubber plugs from the outside frame rail on each side (4 plugs total). Use a flat head screwdriver to pry them out. If your vehicle has a factory tow hook, remove the M14 bolts at these locations instead and save them for reinstallation.
Yes. Use a 13 mm socket to remove 1 bolt from the exhaust hanger on each side and lower the muffler temporarily. Use a support to prevent damage to the muffler. You must also remove caulk near the mounting holes and slightly bend the heat shield edge down on each side. Reinstall the exhaust hanger in Step 7.
Bend down or cut off the legs of the exhaust hanger bracket on both sides to facilitate easier installation. Use pliers to bend the heat shield edge down if necessary. Do not use a torch to cut the access holes.
The average installation time for professional installers is 40 minutes. If you do not feel comfortable performing this installation on your own or need assistance, contact a professional installer.
Always wear safety glasses when installing the hitch. Observe safety precautions when working beneath a vehicle. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch. Use a support to keep the muffler from getting damaged when lowering the exhaust hanger. Keep the installation instructions for future reference.
Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened. Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing. If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes.
Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened. The manual does not specify exact intervals, but periodic inspection is required to maintain secure mounting during towing.
Load the trailer heavier in front. Always wear your seatbelt. Slow down when towing and never exceed any posted speed limit. If excess sway occurs, take your foot off the gas pedal and hold the steering wheel as steady as possible. Do not apply your brakes and do not speed up. Do not exceed the lower of your towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or the hitch limits (4500 lb GVWR, 675 lb tongue weight).
No. Do not cut, weld, or modify the hitch receiver. Modifications will void the warranty and compromise safety. The only permitted modifications are to the vehicle frame (drilling the access hole) and exhaust hanger bracket (bending or cutting the legs).

Check all fasteners frequently to ensure they remain tight. If fasteners have loosened, use a torque wrench to retighten all 1/2 inch fasteners to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N·M) and all M14 fasteners to 115 Lb.-Ft. (156 N·M). Proper torque is essential to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes. Use appropriate plugs or caps to seal the drilled access holes and any other openings created during installation.
Yes, the T-One® T-Connector part number 118651-037 is designed for the Jeep Renegade. The manual covers installation on this vehicle model.
The T-One® T-Connector is a trailer wiring harness that connects to your vehicle's taillight wiring to provide electrical connections for towing a trailer. It includes a 4-flat connector for the trailer plug.
Required tools are: trim panel remover, 10mm socket and ratchet or 10mm wrench, drill with 3/32" bit, 1/4" socket, wire crimpers, wire cutters, Phillips head screwdriver, and test probe.
Yes. You must disconnect the vehicle's negative (−) battery cable before beginning installation. This is a critical safety step before working with the electrical system.
You must remove the rear tailgate threshold, trunk floor panels, and trays. On the driver's side, remove the access panel to locate the rear of the taillight. Partially remove the rear interior trim panels on both the driver and passenger sides. Several trim panel fasteners will need to be removed. Set aside all removed items carefully to avoid damage.
Locate the taillight wiring harness directly behind the taillight assembly. Starting on the driver's side, carefully separate the vehicle's wiring connectors without breaking the locking tabs. Insert the T-One® T-Connector end with the yellow wire between the vehicle connectors and lock into place. Ensure all connector surfaces are clean and free of dirt. Repeat on the passenger side using the T-One® T-Connector end with the green wire, routing it below the threshold cover.
Yes. You must drill one 3/32" hole on the driver's side near the taillight connectors to secure the white ground wire with an eyelet and screw. Before drilling, verify what is behind the surface to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Do not drill into any exposed surfaces.
Mount the black box module on a flat surface in an out-of-the-way location to prevent damage or rattling. The location should be chosen to avoid interference with vehicle operation and to protect the module from damage.
From inside the vehicle, connect the black 12 ga. wire from the T-One® T-Connector black box with the supplied yellow butt connector. Route the wire either through a grommet and along the exterior frame, or follow existing wiring along the thresholds into the engine compartment up to the battery. Avoid areas that may pinch or break the wire. If routing through an exterior grommet, be careful to avoid hot pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank, or other points that may pinch or break the wire.
The yellow fuse holder is provided with the T-One® T-Connector and protects the circuit. Disconnect the vehicle's negative battery cable. If not already removed, remove the fuse from the yellow fuse holder. Cut the fuse holder wire, attach the ring terminal, and secure it to the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable. Connect the other end of the fuse holder to the black 12 ga. wire using the yellow butt connector provided.
The T-One® T-Connector uses the following wires: yellow wire (driver's side taillight connector), green wire (passenger's side taillight connector), white wire (ground connection), and black wires (12 ga., for battery connection). The yellow and green wires connect to the vehicle's taillight wiring harness. The white wire connects to a ground point on the vehicle. The black wires connect to the battery through the yellow fuse holder.
Secure the remainder of the T-One® T-Connector harness with the cable ties provided to prevent damage or rattling. Be careful to avoid any areas that would pinch, cut, or melt the wire.
Reinstall the plastic trim panels, threshold, storage covers, floor covering, and other items that were removed during installation. Be careful not to pinch or cut the wires when reinstalling these components.
Test and verify the installation with a test light or trailer once installed. For the initial test, reset the vehicle's electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition. All connections must be complete for the T-One® T-Connector to function properly.
Store the 4-flat connector in the rear cargo area when not in use.
Do not exceed the lower of the towing manufacturer rating (including in your vehicle owner's manual) or the specific amperage ratings stated on the product. Overloading circuits can cause fires. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual and the product labelling for the specific amperage rating.
Always wear safety glasses and use all safety precautions during installation. Read and follow all warnings and cautions printed on the tow vehicle's battery. Before drilling, verify what is behind any surface to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Do not drill into exposed surfaces. When routing wires, avoid hot pipes, heat shields, fuel tanks, and areas that may pinch or break the wire.
