(4) Ensure the module is connected to B+ (positive battery). Using a tester or voltmeter, check for voltage on either side of the yellow butt connector near the module. Remove the module power fuse for 10 seconds and repeat the test.
Remove the 12-pin T-One® T-Connector harness from the factory connector and inspect both the connector and the mating surfaces for dirt or debris. Clean the mating surfaces if necessary. Reinsert the T-Connector harness and ensure it is fully inserted with the locking tabs in place. You should hear or feel the connector lock into position.
Ensure the 4-Flat harness is properly secured with the 6-inch cable ties provided. Route the harness rearward along the back of the bumper fascia and secure it to prevent damage or rattling.
