The options are endless! DRAW-TITE Class 3 Custom Trailer Hitches come complete with all the mounting hardware needed for installation and are backed by a nationwide lifetime limited warranty. So, whether you are headed out to the campground, the lake, or the bike trails, or you are tackling a project at home and need to haul the materials home, choose DRAW-TITE and travel with confidence knowing your setup is connected with the security only DRAW-TITE can provide. DRAW-TITE: North America?s Favorite Hitch

Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

Yes. You must remove both driver and passenger side taillights to access the taillight wiring connectors. Open the rear hatch, remove the plastic screw covers, remove the mounting screws (2 per side) using a Phillips screwdriver, and carefully pull the taillights away from the vehicle. Reinstall them after connecting the T-One® Connector.
The T-One® Connector has two ends: one with a yellow wire for the driver's side and one with a green wire for the passenger's side. Insert each end between the vehicle's taillight connector and the taillight socket. Ensure all connector surfaces are clean and free of dirt before insertion. The yellow wire connects to the driver's side taillight pocket, and the green wire connects to the passenger's side taillight pocket.
Mount the black box underneath the vehicle behind the rear bumper fascia on the driver's side using the double-sided tape provided. Clean the mounting surface with a 50-50 mixture of rubbing alcohol and water before mounting. Ensure the epoxy side of the module points toward the ground to prevent water buildup.
Locate a suitable grounding point near the black box, such as an existing ground stud. If one is not available, drill a 3/32" hole and secure the white wire using the eyelet and screw provided. Clean dirt and rustproofing from the area before securing. Do not drill into the vehicle floor or bed.
Disconnect the vehicle's Negative (-) battery cable. Remove the fuse from the yellow fuse holder provided. Cut the fuse holder wire and attach the ring terminal to the vehicle's Positive (+) battery cable. Connect the other end of the fuse holder to the black 12 ga. wire using the yellow butt connector provided. Route the black 12 ga. wire from the front of the vehicle rearward along the frame rail, avoiding hot pipes, heat shields, and the fuel tank. Connect the other end to the black power wire on the T-One® Connector's black box using the yellow butt connector. Finally, reconnect the vehicle's Negative (-) battery cable and install the 15 amp fuse.
The T-One® Connector uses four wire colors: yellow (driver's side taillight connection), green (passenger's side taillight connection), white (ground wire), and black (12 ga. power wire). Yellow butt connectors are provided for joining the fuse holder and power connections.
Route the yellow wire harness from underneath the vehicle up through the opening between the bumper and body to the driver's side taillight pocket. Route the green wire harness to the passenger's side, down and underneath the vehicle, then up through the same opening to the passenger's side taillight pocket. Route the black 12 ga. power wire from the front of the vehicle rearward along the frame rail. Use a fish wire between the taillight pocket and rear fascia to help pull the harness through. Avoid routing wires through hot pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank, or any points that may pinch or break the wire.
Route the 4-Flat harness underneath and to the center of the vehicle. Mount the 4-Flat end in an accessible location using a bracket or electrical box (not included with the product).
Always wear safety glasses during installation. Read and follow all warnings and cautions printed on the tow vehicle's battery. Verify what is behind any surface before drilling to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Do not drill into exposed surfaces, the vehicle floor, or bed. Be careful not to break mounting tabs when removing taillight covers. Avoid pinching or cutting wires when reinstalling taillights and other components. Do not exceed the towing manufacturer's rating or the product's amperage ratings, as overloading circuits can cause fires.
After installation, test and verify the system with a test light or by connecting a trailer. For the initial test, reset the vehicle electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition. Ensure all connections are complete and secure. Verify that the 15 amp fuse is installed in the fuse holder. Check that the black box is properly mounted with the epoxy side pointing toward the ground.
The T-One® Connector includes: double-sided tape for mounting the black box, a white wire with eyelet and screw for grounding, a yellow fuse holder with a 15 amp fuse, two yellow butt connectors for power connections, and the connector harness with yellow and green wires for taillight integration.
Drill a 3/32" hole to secure the white ground wire using the eyelet and screw provided. Before drilling, verify what is behind the surface to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Do not drill into the vehicle floor or bed, and clean dirt and rustproofing from the area before securing the wire.
For ease of installation, use a fish wire between the taillight pocket and rear fascia to pull the harness from underneath the vehicle out through the taillight pocket. This is recommended for both the driver's side (yellow wire) and passenger's side (green wire) harnesses.
Clean the flat mount surface area using a 50-50 mixture of rubbing alcohol and water before mounting the black box with the double-sided tape provided. This ensures proper adhesion and helps prevent water damage.
Using a trim panel tool or screwdriver, carefully remove the plastic screw covers that are covering the taillight mounting screws. Be careful not to break the mounting tabs during removal.
There are 2 mounting screws per side (driver's side and passenger's side), for a total of 4 screws. Remove them using a Phillips screwdriver.
When disconnecting the vehicle wiring harness from the taillight sockets, be careful not to break the locking tabs. Set the taillights aside safely during installation.
Yes. All connector surfaces must be clean and free of dirt before inserting the T-One® Connector ends into the vehicle and taillight connectors. This ensures proper electrical contact.
The power wire is 12 ga. (12 gauge). It connects from the vehicle's Positive (+) battery cable through the fuse holder to the black power wire on the T-One® Connector's black box.
If routing the wire through a grommet and along the exterior of the vehicle, be careful to avoid any hot pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank, or any other points that may pinch or break the wire. This applies to both the green wire (passenger side) and the black power wire.
Verify that all connections are complete and secure. Ensure the 15 amp fuse is installed in the fuse holder. Check that the black box is properly mounted with the epoxy side pointing toward the ground. Verify that the yellow wire is properly inserted between the vehicle and driver's side taillight connector, and the green wire is properly inserted between the vehicle and passenger's side taillight connector. Reset the vehicle electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition, then test with a test light or trailer.
The black box is not mounted correctly. The epoxy side of the module must point toward the ground to prevent water buildup. Remount the black box using the double-sided tape provided, ensuring the epoxy side faces downward.
A repeatedly blown fuse indicates an overcurrent condition, which may be caused by a short circuit or overloading. Check all power connections for loose or damaged wires. Verify that the black 12 ga. power wire is not pinched or damaged along its route from the battery to the black box. Ensure the circuit is not exceeding the product's amperage rating or the towing manufacturer's rating. If the problem persists, discontinue use and consult the manufacturer.
Ensure all connector surfaces are clean and free of dirt before insertion. If the connectors still do not seat properly, verify that you are inserting the correct end of the T-One® Connector (yellow wire for driver's side, green wire for passenger's side) into the correct taillight pocket. Do not force the connectors; they should insert smoothly when properly aligned.
