The options are endless! DRAW-TITE Class 3 Custom Trailer Hitches come complete with all the mounting hardware needed for installation and are backed by a nationwide lifetime limited warranty. So, whether you are headed out to the campground, the lake, or the bike trails, or you are tackling a project at home and need to haul the materials home, choose DRAW-TITE and travel with confidence knowing your setup is connected with the security only DRAW-TITE can provide. DRAW-TITE: North America?s Favorite Hitch

Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

The maximum gross trailer weight is 3500 lb (1587 kg) and the maximum tongue weight is 525 lb (238 kg). Do not exceed the lower of your towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or these limits.
Required tools are: ratchet, torque wrench, safety glasses, 10 mm socket, 19 mm socket, 6-inch socket extension, wire brush, flat head screwdriver, die grinder, and marker tape. A torque wrench is essential because proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
Fastener kit 76592F includes: 6 bolts (M12×1.25×50 mm, Class 10.9) and 6 conical washers (1/2 inch). Spacer plates are attached to the hitch and are not in the fastener kit.
Yes. Using a flat head screwdriver, remove 6 plastic push rivets from the bottom of the underbody panel. Using a 10 mm socket, remove 3 nuts from the underbody panel. The panel must be removed to access the frame rail weldnuts and to trim the panel and lower fascia for the receiver.
Yes. You must trim both the underbody panel and the lower fascia. Find the center of the underbody panel and trim the area for the receiver (see Figure 2). Find the center of the lower fascia and trim the area for the receiver (see Figure 3). Before trimming, check the area for sensor wires that may need to be moved.
No. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch. Use the die grinder or other appropriate cutting tools as listed in the equipment required.
1. Remove the underbody panel by removing 6 plastic push rivets and 3 nuts. 2. Trim the underbody panel and lower fascia for the receiver, checking for sensor wires first. 3. Install the hitch by removing stickers from weldnut holes, cleaning weldnuts with a wire brush, placing spacer plates on the frame rail, raising the hitch into position, aligning attachment holes, and installing bolts and conical washers (teeth side toward hitch). 4. Tighten all M12 fasteners to 76 ft-lb (103 N·m) with a torque wrench. 5. Reinstall the trimmed underbody panel.
All M12 fasteners must be tightened to 76 ft-lb (103 N·m) using a torque wrench. Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
The conical washers must be installed with the teeth side facing toward the hitch. This orientation is critical for proper fastening.
Yes. Remove any stickers from the weldnut holes on the frame rail if present. Use a wire brush to clean the weldnuts if needed. This ensures proper contact and fastening.
Always wear safety glasses when installing the hitch. Observe safety precautions when working beneath a vehicle and wear eye protection. Be careful not to damage wiring in the area of the hitch. Before trimming, check the area for sensor wires that may need to be moved.
A hitch or ball which has been damaged should be removed and replaced. Do not continue to use a damaged hitch.
Check the hitch frequently, making sure all fasteners and ball are properly tightened. Periodically verify that all fasteners are tight and your hitch is securely mounted to your vehicle.
If excess sway occurs, take your foot off the gas pedal and hold the steering wheel as steady as possible. Do not apply your brakes and do not speed up.
Load the trailer heavier in front. This helps maintain proper weight distribution and stability while towing.
If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes.
No. Do not cut, weld, or modify this receiver. Any modifications will void the warranty and may compromise safety.

Yes, the T-One® Connector (118872-037) is designed for the Kia EV6. The manual is specific to this vehicle model.
The T-One® Connector is a trailer wiring harness that integrates into the vehicle's existing tail light wiring to provide trailer lighting connections. It includes a 4-flat connector for trailer use.
Required tools are: trim panel remover, Phillips head screwdriver, 10 mm socket or wrench, drill with 3/32" drill bit, wire crimpers, wire cutters, and test probe.
The kit includes double-sided tape for mounting the black box, cable ties for securing the harness, an eyelet and screw for grounding the white wire, two yellow butt connectors, a yellow fuse holder with a 15 amp fuse, and a ring terminal for battery connection.
Yes. You must disconnect the vehicle's negative (−) battery cable before making connections to the positive battery terminal. This is done in step 15, after routing the black 12 ga. wire to the engine bay.
You must remove: both rear seats (folded down), floor covering, cargo tray, threshold, and both driver's and passenger's side trim panels. The manual emphasizes being careful not to damage locking tabs or pins during removal.
Yes. You must drill a 3/32" hole to secure the white ground wire near the black box. The manual requires you to verify what is behind any surface before drilling to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury, and prohibits drilling into any exposed surfaces.
Yes. You must carefully slit an existing grommet in the firewall under the dashboard to route the black 12 ga. wire from the vehicle interior into the front trunk compartment.
The T-One® Connector uses colour-coded wires: yellow wire (driver's side tail light connector), green wire (passenger's side tail light connector), white wire (ground connection to vehicle frame or ground stud), black 12 ga. wire (power supply from vehicle battery), and orange high-power lines (which must never be cut, connected, or modified).
The T-One® Connector has two ends: the yellow-wire end inserts between the driver's side vehicle tail light wiring connectors (step 5), and the green-wire end inserts between the passenger's side tail light wiring connectors (step 10). Both must be fully inserted with locking tabs in place. The vehicle's original connectors remain connected to the vehicle harness.
The black 12 ga. wire is routed from the engine bay through the vehicle interior to the cargo area, where its end is connected to the black power wire on the T-One® Connector black box using a yellow butt connector (provided in the hardware kit).
The black 12 ga. wire is routed to the engine bay and connected to the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable using a ring terminal and a yellow fuse holder containing a 15 amp fuse. The fuse holder wire is attached to the positive battery cable after the negative cable is disconnected. The negative cable is then reconnected, and the 15 amp fuse is installed in the fuse holder.
The T-One® Connector uses a 15 amp fuse, installed in the yellow fuse holder that connects the black 12 ga. wire to the vehicle's positive battery cable.
Never connect, disconnect, cut into, or attach any power wire or device to the high-power orange line, cables, or connectors. Serious injury can result. This warning applies to the orange wires present in the vehicle's tail light connectors.
The black box is mounted on the driver's side using the double-sided tape provided in the hardware kit. The remainder of the harness is secured with cable ties to prevent damage or rattling, while avoiding areas that could cut or pinch the wire.
The white ground wire is secured using an eyelet and screw provided in the hardware kit. It must be attached to a suitable grounding point near the black box, such as an existing ground stud, or to a 3/32" hole drilled in the vehicle frame. The area must be cleaned of dirt and rustproofing before attachment.
The black 12 ga. wire is routed from the cargo area forward through the vehicle interior, behind the driver's side rear trim panels, sill plate, side panels, and up under the driver's side of the dashboard. It then passes through a slit in the firewall grommet to reach the front trunk compartment where it connects to the vehicle's positive battery cable.
The T-One® Connector end with the green wire is routed along the threshold and behind the passenger's side trim panel to the taillight pocket area, where it is inserted between the passenger's side vehicle tail light wiring connectors.
Always wear safety glasses and use all safety precautions during installation. Verify what is behind any surface before drilling to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Do not drill into exposed surfaces. If routing wire through a grommet and along the exterior of the vehicle, avoid hot pipes, heat shields, fuel tank, or other points that may pinch or break the wire. Read and follow all warnings and cautions printed on the tow vehicle's battery.
Test and verify the installation with a test light or trailer once installed. For the initial test, reset the vehicle's electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition. All connections must be complete for the T-One® Connector to function properly.
Reinstall the plastic trim panels, threshold, floor covering, and other items that were removed during installation. Be careful not to pinch or cut the wires during reinstallation.
The 4-flat connector should be stored in the rear cargo area when not in use.
The manual does not exceed the lower of the towing manufacturer's rating (including in your vehicle owner's manual) or the specific amperage ratings stated on the product. Do not exceed stated product ratings, as overloading circuits can cause fires. Refer to the product label and vehicle owner's manual for specific amperage ratings.
