Air Lift’s fully adjustable, industry-leading air springs are the perfect upgrade for your vehicle, eliminating any issues you might face when towing and hauling. The LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate kit from Air Lift will give you the ability to drive select RAM 3500 two-wheel and four-wheel drive with added safety and comfort. Designed with an internal jounce bumper, the kit offers greater leveling strength for your ride at lower pressures. The kit’s 7 inch double bellows air springs provide up to 7,500 lbs. of load-leveling capacity and help eliminate squat, trailer sway, body roll and bottoming out, keeping your cargo safe and secure while also ensuring a more comfortable ride. The closed-cell urethane foam jounce bumper inside the air spring provides a cushion of air that absorbs shock, eliminates harsh jarring on rough roads, and protects vehicles carrying heavy loads. An Air Lift exclusive, the kit features upper and lower roll plates for added protection. All end caps are made with an ultra-high-strength nylon composite formula, strong as steel but much lighter and corrosion-proof. The air springs are built like tires, reinforced with 2-ply fabric for maximum strength. With the added stability that air springs provide, you can haul safely, knowing that you have optimal braking and steering control. The LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate has up to 20% more air spring volume when compared to Air Lift’s LoadLifter 5000 series. Yes, the LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate kit (57531) is designed for the RAM 3500. The kit is recommended for 3/4- and 1-ton pickups and SUVs with leaf springs and provides up to 7,500 pounds (3,402 kg) of load-leveling support.
The maximum air pressure is 100 PSI (7 BAR). Never inflate beyond this pressure. The air pressure actually needed depends on load and gross vehicle weight rating; do not exceed the vehicle manufacturer's maximum GVWR or payload rating.
The minimum recommended pressure is 5 PSI (0.34 BAR).
Required tools include: standard and metric open-end or boxed wrenches (set), standard and metric regular and deep-well sockets (set), screwdriver, ratchet, 9/16" ratchet wrench, torque wrench, 9/16" crows-foot adapter, hose cutter or sharp knife, hoist or floor jack, 2 safety stands, safety glasses, air compressor or compressed air source, and a spray bottle with dish soap/water solution.

Lift the vehicle and support the frame with safety stands. Drop the axle down low enough to later set the air spring assemblies into position between the frame and axle.
No. Unbolt and remove both jounce bumpers during preparation. The jounce bumpers and hardware will not be reused.
Torque the 3/8" hex-head cap screws (part I) that attach the upper brackets to the air springs to no more than 20 lb.-ft. (27 Nm).
Tighten the 90 degree swivel elbow fittings (part H) finger-tight plus 1½ turns.
Using a 9/16" crows-foot adapter, evenly torque the leaf spring U-bolts (part L) to 10 lb.-ft. (14 Nm).
Torque the lower axle clamp bar hardware (3/8" serrated flange lock nuts on the carriage bolts) to 16 lb.-ft. (22 Nm).
Torque the 3/8" flat washers (part P) and lock nuts (part Q) on the upper brace bolts (part M) to 31 lb.-ft. (42 Nm).
Yes, drilling is required only for the Schrader valve installation. You must drill a 5/16" (8 mm) hole in the chosen location for the Schrader valve. The manual suggests three optional locations: inside the fuel tank filler door, inside rear wheel wells, or the license plate or rear bumper area.
