The bumper brackets on the back of the bumper will not be reinstalled. All removed components except brackets and tow hooks are reinstalled after base plate installation.

Safety cables are not a replacement for safety chains connecting the tow vehicle to the towed vehicle. Safety cables should be used at all times when dinghy towing.
