The CURT Double Lock gooseneck riser ball offers a quick, easy way to raise your gooseneck coupling point whenever necessary. It uses the same dual-pin locking system for a secure installation and is compatible with all CURT Double Lock gooseneck hitches. The gooseneck riser ball simply slides into the trailer ball hole, locks into place and provides an additional inch of clearance, giving your gooseneck trailer the extra room it needs to avoid damage to your pickup truck bed. The Double Lock gooseneck riser ball features a standard 2-5/16" diameter and offers a gross trailer weight capacity up to 30,000 lbs. 1. Disengage the double lock pins on your gooseneck hitch. 2. Remove any ball or other accessory currently in place. 3. Place the round shank of the C-603 into the double lock cylinder. 4. Engage the double lock pins. 5. Verify that the pins fully engage the round shank and pass through the cylinder completely. No drilling or cutting is required.

The manual lists a gross load capacity of 30,000 lbs. trailer weight and 7,500 lbs. tongue weight when used as a weight carrying hitch. However, you must not exceed your vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity. Verify your vehicle's towing limits before towing.
