Whether you're on the job or off-roading through the wilderness, it doesn't take long for rocks and other debris to wreak havoc on the body of your truck. LUVERNE Textured Rubber Mud Guards are the perfect solution for maintaining that pristine, professional look. For the front or rear of the truck, these custom mud flaps add style and body protection. They are constructed from heavy-duty black rubber that stands up to road debris and sheds water with ease. They feature 18-gauge stainless steel plates to help protect the bottom edge and extend the life of the mud flaps. With their 3/8" thick, recycled rubber construction, Textured Rubber Mud Guards easily deflect everything from mud to gravel, protecting the body of your truck from scratches, chips and scuffs. They are also made to add a stylish accent to your truck, featuring stainless steel plates along the bottom edge of each flap. The plates are made from 18-gauge stainless steel to provide a heavy-duty, rust-resistant shield, and they feature a bright, high-polish finish for a long-lasting shine. The textured finish of the rubber mud flaps is also designed to easily hide minor scuffs and scratches and maintain a clean appearance. For an easy installation and a custom fit, these truck mud flaps are made vehicle-specific. This particular set fits specific years of the Chevy Silverado 1500 (see application info to verify fitment). They install with corrosion-resistant fasteners and high-strength steel mounting brackets with a galvanized finish for long-lasting durability. Universal mud flaps are also available.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

These splash guards are designed for 2019 GM Pickups. Model 251441 measures 12.00" × 20.00" and model 251444 measures 12.00" × 23.00". The manual does not specify whether both models fit all 2019 GM Pickup configurations or if fitment depends on cab style, bed length, or other factors. Contact the manufacturer or your retailer to confirm which model is correct for your specific truck.
The kit includes the rubber splash guard, no-drill clips (item #3), multi-thread U-nuts (item #4), ¼ inch screws (item #5), ¼ inch washers (item #7), nuts (item #6), and hex head sems screws (item #8). The manual references a complete service parts list but does not detail the quantity of each component on page 1.
A ¼ inch drill bit is required to drill through the wheel liner during installation. The manual does not specify other tools such as wrenches, sockets, or screwdrivers, though standard hand tools are implied for assembly and fastening.
Yes. Two factory hex head sems screws must be removed from the wheel well flange. These screws are not reused and should be discarded. They are replaced with the hex head sems screws included in the kit (item #8).
Yes. A ¼ inch hole must be drilled through the wheel liner as part of the installation. This is shown in step 3.5. The no-drill clips (item #3) are used at the top of the splash guard to avoid drilling at that location, but drilling through the wheel liner is required.
Before installing on the truck, assemble the top of the splash guard as follows: Insert the ¼ inch screw (item #5) and ¼ inch washer (item #7) through the top hole of the splash guard and into the no-drill clip (item #3). Do not tighten all the way at this stage. This assembly is then hooked behind the wheel well flange during installation.
1. Remove the two factory hex head sems screws from the wheel well flange. 2. Position the splash guard against the wheel well flange and hook the no-drill clip behind it with the serrated edge on the flange; tighten finger tight. 3. Install the two hex head sems screws (item #8) through the two lower holes. 4. Adjust the splash guard in or out as desired and level it. 5. Tighten all fasteners. 6. Drill a ¼ inch hole through the wheel liner and install the ¼ inch screw (item #5), ¼ inch washer (item #7), and nut (item #6) through the wheel liner.
Yes. Step 3.4 states that you should locate the splash guard in or out as desired before final tightening. This allows you to position the guard to your preference before tightening all fasteners.
Tighten finger tight means to tighten the fastener by hand only, without using tools, until snug but not fully tightened. In step 3.2, the no-drill clip is tightened finger tight initially to hold the splash guard in position while you install the lower hex head sems screws and make final adjustments.
The manual does not provide torque specifications for any fasteners. Contact Curt Manufacturing or your installer for the recommended torque values.
