Remove two factory hex head sems screws from the wheel well flange. These screws are not reused; they are discarded. This is the only factory modification required.
Position the splash guard against the wheel well flange and hook the no-drill clip behind the flange with the serrated edge facing the wheel well flange. Tighten finger tight initially. The clip uses the serrated edge to grip the factory flange without drilling.
