LUVERNE MegaStep wheel-to-wheel running boards give you the best of both worlds with a ready-to-work construction and the stylish of popular nerf bars. They feature high-traction rubber treads, a sleek finish and a non-corrosive build -- all to give you dependable footing whether you're headed for work or play. MegaStep wheel-to-wheel running boards are uniquely designed with extra length on the rear of the boards, reaching all the way to the back wheels. This provides a convenient and secure step for reaching into the truck bed and accessing the crossover truck tool box, headache rack or 5th wheel hitch. The entire length of the running boards is covered with a non-skid rubber tread for enhanced safety, even in wet, rainy conditions. Unlike plastic treads, rubber offers better grip for your boots or shoes. The base of MegaStep wheel-to-wheel running boards is an extruded aluminum alloy, providing excellent strength, while remaining lightweight and completely rust-free. To give these truck side steps a touch of style, they are fitted with a polished stainless steel trim that contours around the boards and gives them a look similar to popular nerf bars. The trim piece is polished to a mirror-like shine and easily withstands rain, snow, dirt and more. To make installation fast, easy and secure, LUVERNE MegaStep wheel-to-wheel steps are made vehicle-specific. Each set has a specific board length and vehicle-specific brackets, providing a custom fit for each unique truck. The brackets install using pre-existing mounting points to eliminate difficult modifications, and the running boards can be positioned inward, outward, forward or backward to suit personal preferences. This particular set of MegaStep wheel-to-wheel running boards is designed for specific years of the Toyota Tundra (see application information to verify fitment; brackets included but shipped separately).
LUVERNE MegaStep 6-1/2" wheel-to-wheel running boards are the ultimate combination of style and functionality, featuring 5" wide rubber treads that extend the full length of the side steps for dependable, non-skid traction wherever the road takes you.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

The 570757 MEGA STEPS W2W is designed for 2007 and newer Toyota Tundra Regular Cab, Double Cab, and Crew Max pickups. Fitment depends on your bed length: Regular and Double Cab models require a 6.5' or 8.0' box, while Crew Max models require a 5.5' box. Verify your cab style and bed length before purchasing.
Yes, the 570757 is compatible with 2007+ Toyota Tundra Regular Cab pickups with 6.5' or 8.0' boxes. However, Regular Cab applications use only brackets #1 (part 551362) and #3 (part 551364) for the cab mounts, not all four bracket types.
The kit includes mounting brackets (#1, #2, #3, and #4), rear W2W brackets (outboard and inboard), fasteners (hex head cap screws, flat washers, lock washers, square head screws, serrated flange nuts, clipped bolts, and hex nuts), and hardware. The step board assembly is sold separately and length varies by application. Verify all parts are present before installation using the service parts list.
No, the step board assembly (item #1) is sold separately. Length varies depending on your application (Regular Cab, Double Cab, or Crew Max with corresponding bed length).
Read the complete instructions and verify that all required parts listed on the service parts list are on hand before starting. Check that your vehicle has existing mounting holes on the interior wall of the rocker panel and a leaf spring mount for rear bracket attachment.
Brackets are identified by notches on the inboard edge: 1 notch for bracket #1, 2 notches for bracket #2, and so on. Bracket #1 is positioned at the front of the vehicle. Regular Cab applications use only brackets #1 and #3 for cab mounts.
The mounting brackets attach to existing mounting holes on the interior wall of the rocker panel using the threaded inserts already present. Position both holes to align with the rocker panel inserts before fastening.
All fasteners on the 570757 MEGA STEPS must be tightened to 19 LB FT. This applies to the bracket-to-rocker panel fasteners, step-to-bracket fasteners, and rear W2W bracket fasteners.
Use M8-1.25 X 25MM zinc plated hex head cap screws (part 102549), 5/16" flat washers (part 100034), and lock washers (part 100030). One screw, one flat washer, and one lock washer are used per hole. Tighten to 19 LB FT.
Position the brackets on the vehicle so both holes line up with the threaded inserts in the rocker panel. Level the brackets before tightening the fasteners to 19 LB FT.
Insert four (4) 5/16" square head screws (part 106880) in the center slot on the underside of the step, and one (1) into the outer slot for the box bracket, for a total of five screws per step.
Position the step on the mounting brackets so that the square head screws are located in the slots of the mounting brackets and the step is centered front to rear on the cab. You can locate the step in and out as desired before final tightening.
5/16" serrated flange nuts (part 102680) are installed on the 5/16" square head screws. Tighten all fasteners to 19 LB FT.
Insert the clipped bolt (part 104934) into the inboard bracket (part 551728 or 551729) with a nut (part 103737) finger tight. Hold the bracket to the leaf spring mount and place the clipped bolt into the obround hole finger tight. Insert the top screw (part 100069) from behind the frame rail through the leaf spring mount and inboard bracket with a nut finger tight. Mount the outboard bracket (part 551721) to the inboard bracket using two screws, washers, and nuts (parts 106997, 106998, 106996). Mount the step board to the outboard bracket with serrated flange nuts and tighten all fasteners to 19 LB FT.
The inboard rear bracket comes in left-hand (part 551728) and right-hand (part 551729) versions. One of each is required for the rear W2W bracket assembly.
The rear W2W bracket uses: clipped bolts 7/16-14 X 1.00 (part 104934), hex head screws 7/16-14 X 1.25 (part 100069), hex flanged nuts 7/16-14 (part 103737), hex head cap screws 5/16 X 1.00 (part 106997), steel washers .38 X .88 X .083 (part 106998), and flanged nuts 5/16"-18 (part 106996). All fasteners tighten to 19 LB FT.
The 570757 fits 2007+ Toyota Tundra Regular Cab, Double Cab, and Crew Max pickups. Regular and Double Cab require 6.5' or 8.0' boxes; Crew Max requires 5.5' box.
No, the step board assembly is sold separately and length varies by application.
No, Regular Cab applications use only brackets #1 and #3 for cab mounts. Brackets #2 and #4 are not used on Regular Cab models.
All fasteners on the 570757 MEGA STEPS tighten to 19 LB FT.
Yes, you can locate the step in and out as desired before installing and tightening the serrated flange nuts to 19 LB FT.
Leave the clipped bolt and top screw on the rear W2W bracket finger tight initially. Tighten all fasteners to 19 LB FT only after the outboard bracket and step board are mounted.
