LUVERNE Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel steps are the ultimate combination of deluxe style and reliable functionality. They feature extra rear step pads for convenient truck bed access, a highly rust-resistant construction and a vehicle-specific fit for your truck. Regal 7 wheel-to-wheel steps are engineered for practical access to the bed of your truck, featuring an extended length and extra rear step pads. Wheel-to-wheel running boards give you a solid step up for easily reaching items in the truck bed, such as a truck tool box, ladder rack, 5th wheel hitch or other equipment. Regal 7 oval side steps are fitted with large, non-skid step pads. They feature a 7" width and a textured surface, providing enhanced comfort and safety when climbing in and out of your pickup truck. The step pads and matching end caps of Regal 7 wheel-to-wheel steps are angled for a sleek accent. To ensure excellent strength and lasting corrosion resistance, Regal 7 oval side steps are constructed from stainless steel. The stainless steel tubing measures 7" wide and has an elliptical shape for style and strength. All Regal 7 side steps are designed for a custom-fit installation, using vehicle-specific brackets. The brackets are built from strong carbon steel and have a durable black powder coat finish. They install using pre-existing mounting points on the truck to greatly reduce installation time and eliminate tedious modifications. This particular set of LUVERNE Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel steps is designed to fit specific years of the Toyota Tundra (see application information to verify fitment; brackets included but shipped separately).
Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel side steps are designed to be the largest oval nerf bars on the market, featuring a patented design, non-skid step pads and a sleek nerf bar styling. They have full-width step pads for non-skid comfort and safety.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

No. The REGAL 7 Oval Steps (models 477078, 477088, 477098) are designed for universal applications and are sold as boards only. They must be paired with vehicle-specific mounting brackets. The boards themselves are not vehicle-specific, but the brackets required to mount them are. You must purchase the correct bracket package for your vehicle separately.
The model 400757 GRIP/REGAL 7 Steps W2W bracket system fits 2007 and newer Toyota Tundra Regular Cab and Double Cab pickups with 6.5' and 8.0' boxes, and 2007 and newer Toyota Tundra CrewMax pickups with 5.5' boxes.
Yes. The step is pre-assembled from the factory. The serial number label is located on the front inside of the driver's side step assembly.
For each mounting point, you need one 5/16-18 x 1" black stainless steel hex bolt (item #10), one 5/16" flat washer (item #11), and one 5/16-18 serrated flange nut (item #12). The step assembly uses 8 support mounting plates (item #9), and each requires one set of these fasteners.
All 5/16" fasteners on the REGAL 7 Oval Step must be torqued to 19 LB-FT.
Read the complete installation instructions and verify that all required parts listed on the service parts list are on hand before starting. You will also need to follow the instructions included with the specific bracket package you are using to mount the brackets to your vehicle.
1. Set the step on the mounting brackets. 2. Slide each support mounting plate (item #9) inside the oval step and above each bracket. 3. Using the supplied 5/16-18 x 1" black stainless steel hex bolt, washer, and serrated flange nut (items #10, #11, and #12), attach the step assembly, support mounting plate, and mounting bracket. 4. Set the step plate in the correct position and tighten all fasteners to 19 LB-FT.
For Regular Cab applications, you will only use brackets #1 (item #1) and #3 (item #3) for the cab mounts. The brackets are identified with notches on the inboard edge: #1 notch for bracket #1, and so on. Bracket #1 is positioned at the front of the vehicle.
Position the brackets on the vehicle so that both holes line up with the threaded inserts in the rocker panel. The brackets are identified with notches on the inboard edge: #1 notch for bracket #1, #2 notch for bracket #2, and so on. Bracket #1 is positioned at the front of the vehicle. See Figure 1 in the manual for positioning details.
For each bracket mounting point, you need one M8-1.25 x 25mm zinc-plated hex head cap screw (item #14), one 5/16" flat washer (item #16), and one lock washer (item #15).
The M8-1.25 x 25mm hex head cap screws used to attach the mounting brackets to the rocker panel must be torqued to 19 LB-FT.
1. Insert the clipped bolt (item #11) into the inboard bracket (item #5 for driver's side or #6 for passenger's side) and place a nut (item #12) on just a few threads, leaving it loose. 2. Hold the bracket up to the leaf spring mount and place the clipped bolt into the obround hole, finger-tight. 3. Insert the top screw (item #13) from behind the frame rail through the leaf spring mount and inboard bracket, and place a nut (item #12) finger-tight. 4. Leave all fasteners finger-tight until the board is mounted, then tighten both 7/16-14 nuts to 54 LB-FT.
Mount the outboard bracket (item #7) to the inboard bracket (item #5 for driver's side or #6 for passenger's side) using two screws, washers, and nuts (items #8, #9, and #10). Leave these fasteners finger-tight until the board is mounted, then tighten to 19 LB-FT. Repeat the bracket installation process on the passenger side.
The 7/16-14 nuts on the clipped bolt and top screw must be tightened to 54 LB-FT. These fasteners should be left finger-tight until the board is mounted, then tightened to final torque.
Leave all W2W bracket fasteners finger-tight during assembly. Tighten the 7/16-14 fasteners to 54 LB-FT and the 5/16" fasteners to 19 LB-FT only after the step board is mounted.
Yes, if your Tundra is a Regular Cab, Double Cab, or CrewMax model with a 6.5', 8.0', or 5.5' box respectively. The 400757 W2W bracket system is designed for 2007 and newer Toyota Tundra pickups.
Yes. Models 477078, 477088, and 477098 are boards only and require vehicle-specific mounting brackets purchased separately. Follow the instructions included with your bracket package to mount the brackets to your vehicle.
Torque all 5/16" fasteners to 19 LB-FT. For Toyota Tundra W2W bracket installations, torque the M8 rocker panel screws to 19 LB-FT, the 7/16-14 leaf spring fasteners to 54 LB-FT, and the outboard bracket fasteners to 19 LB-FT.
The steps are pre-assembled from the factory. You only need to attach them to the mounting brackets using the supplied fasteners.
Read the complete installation instructions and verify that all required parts listed on the service parts list are on hand. For Toyota Tundra installations, ensure you have the correct bracket package for your cab style and bed length.
