LUVERNE Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel steps are the ultimate combination of deluxe style and reliable functionality. They feature extra rear step pads for convenient truck bed access, a highly rust-resistant construction and a vehicle-specific fit for your truck. Regal 7 wheel-to-wheel steps are engineered for practical access to the bed of your truck, featuring an extended length and extra rear step pads. Wheel-to-wheel running boards give you a solid step up for easily reaching items in the truck bed, such as a truck tool box, ladder rack, 5th wheel hitch or other equipment. Regal 7 oval side steps are fitted with large, non-skid step pads. They feature a 7" width and a textured surface, providing enhanced comfort and safety when climbing in and out of your pickup truck. The step pads and matching end caps of Regal 7 wheel-to-wheel steps are angled for a sleek accent. To ensure excellent strength and lasting corrosion resistance, Regal 7 oval side steps are constructed from stainless steel. The stainless steel tubing measures 7" wide and has an elliptical shape for style and strength. All Regal 7 side steps are designed for a custom-fit installation, using vehicle-specific brackets. The brackets are built from strong carbon steel and have a durable black powder coat finish. They install using pre-existing mounting points on the truck to greatly reduce installation time and eliminate tedious modifications. This particular set of LUVERNE Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel steps is designed to fit specific years of the Toyota Tundra (see application information to verify fitment; brackets included but shipped separately).
Regal 7 oval wheel-to-wheel side steps are designed to be the largest oval nerf bars on the market, featuring a patented design, non-skid step pads and a sleek nerf bar styling. They have full-width step pads for non-skid comfort and safety.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

Yes, model 477102 is designed for 2007+ Toyota Tundra Crew Cab pickups with a 5.5' box. The step is 100" long. Confirm your truck bed length matches before ordering.
Yes, the model 400757 W2W bracket package is designed for 2007+ Toyota Tundra Crew Max pickups with a 5.5' box. You will need to pair it with the appropriate step model from the service parts list.
The manual lists these steps as "Universal Applications" on page 1, but the detailed bracket instructions (model 400757) are specific to 2007+ Toyota Tundra. For non-Tundra vehicles, you must use a different bracket package. Follow the instructions included with your specific bracket package.
The step assembly includes: 5/16-18 x 1" black stainless steel hex bolts, washers, and serrated flange nuts (items #10, #11, #12) for attaching the step to mounting brackets. The mounting bracket package (model 400757) includes M8-1.25 x 25mm zinc-plated hex head cap screws, 5/16" flat washers, lock washers, 7/16-14 clipped bolts, 7/16-14 hex screws, and 7/16-14 flanged nuts. See the service parts list for complete quantities.
Yes. The manual states to "check to make sure that all required parts (listed on the service parts list) are on hand before starting the installation." All fasteners for both the step assembly and bracket mounting are listed in the service parts list with quantities.
The step is pre-assembled from the factory. The serial number label is located on the front inside driver's side step assembly. You will set the pre-assembled step on the mounting brackets during installation.
For 2007+ Toyota Tundra Regular Cab, Double Cab, or Crew Max pickups, use the model 400757 Grip/Regal 7 Steps W2W bracket package. This package includes all brackets needed for your specific cab and bed configuration. For other vehicles, follow the instructions included with your specific bracket package.
1. Set the step on the mounting brackets. 2. Slide each support mounting plate (item #9) inside the oval step and above each bracket. 3. Using the supplied 5/16-18 x 1" black stainless steel hex bolt, washer, and serrated flange nut (items #10, #11, #12), attach the step assembly, support mounting plate, and mounting bracket. 4. Set the step plate in the correct position and tighten all fasteners to 19 LB FT.
1. Attach the brackets to the vehicle using existing mounting holes on the interior wall of the rocker panel. Brackets are identified with notches on the inboard edge (1 notch for bracket #1, etc.); #1 is at the front. 2. Position brackets so both holes line up with threaded inserts in the rocker panel. 3. Attach the top of the bracket with an M8-1.25 x 25mm zinc-plated hex head cap screw, 5/16" flat washer, and lock washer (items #14, #15, #16). 4. Level the brackets and tighten fasteners to 19 LB FT. For Regular Cab, use only brackets #1 and #3 for cab mounts.
1. Insert clipped bolt (item #11) into the inboard bracket (item #5 for driver's side, #6 for passenger's side) and place a nut (item #12) on just a few threads, leaving it loose. 2. Hold bracket up to leaf spring mount and place clipped bolt into obround hole, finger-tight. 3. Insert top screw (item #13) from behind frame rail through leaf spring mount and inboard bracket, place nut (item #12), leave finger-tight until board is mounted, then tighten both 7/16-14 nuts to 54 LB-FT. 4. Mount outboard bracket (item #7) to inboard bracket using 2 screws, washers, and nuts (items #8, #9, #10), leave finger-tight until board is mounted, then tighten to 19 LB-FT. Repeat on passenger side.
For Regular Cab applications, use only brackets #1 (item #1) and #3 (item #3) for the cab mounts. Do not use brackets #2 and #4.
Torque all 5/16" fasteners to 19 LB FT. This applies to the hex bolts, washers, and serrated flange nuts (items #10, #11, #12) that attach the step assembly to the mounting brackets.
Torque the M8-1.25 x 25mm zinc-plated hex head cap screws (items #14) to 19 LB FT. These fasteners attach the top of the bracket to the rocker panel.
Torque the 7/16-14 nuts to 54 LB FT. These fasteners attach the W2W bracket to the leaf spring mount (clipped bolt item #11 and top screw item #13). The outboard bracket fasteners (items #8, #9, #10) are torqued to 19 LB-FT.
Leave fasteners finger-tight during assembly. Specifically, the clipped bolt and top screw on the W2W bracket (items #11 and #13) and the outboard bracket fasteners (items #8, #9, #10) must remain finger-tight until the board is mounted. Then tighten the 7/16-14 nuts to 54 LB-FT and the outboard bracket fasteners to 19 LB-FT.
After positioning the brackets so both holes line up with the threaded inserts in the rocker panel, level the brackets before tightening the fasteners to 19 LB FT. This ensures the step will be properly aligned on the vehicle.
Model 477101 is 100" long. It is designed for 2007+ Toyota Tundra Extended Cab pickups.
Model 477125 is 123" long. It is designed for Crew Cab pickups.
