The 41933F fastener kit includes: 2 hex bolts 1/2-13 x 2.00" grade 8, 2 hex bolts 1/2-13 x 1-1/2" grade 5, 10 conical washers 1/2", 2 carriage bolts 1/2-13 x 1-3/4" grade 5, 2 spacers 1" x 2" x 1/4" with round hole, 2 spacers 1" x 3" x 1/4" with square hole, 6 hex nuts 1/2" (2 are red grade 8), and 1 pull wire.
Round hole spacers must be placed between the back of the bumper bracket and the hitch. They are part of the assembly sequence to ensure proper spacing and alignment during installation.
Use the included pull wire to feed the carriage bolts and spacer blocks through the access holes in the sides of the frame. Position the carriage bolts and blocks through the holes in the frame and the bracket of the hitch as shown in Figure 2.
Tighten all 1/2-13 grade 5 fasteners with a torque wrench to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 Nm).
Tighten all 1/2-13 grade 8 fasteners with a torque wrench to 110 Lb.-Ft. (149 Nm). The red-marked grade 8 nuts must be used at the two locations indicated in Figure 1.
