Yes. Remove the bottom two drawers from the tool box before placing it on the mounting surface. After drilling and securing all mounting bolts, re-install the bottom two drawer slides.

Insert one 1/4" bolt and flat washer on the inside of the tool box and secure with one flat washer and nylock nut on the underside of the mounting surface. 4. Repeat for each mounting hole. 5. Tighten all hardware. 6. Re-install the bottom two drawer slides.
