Hand-tighten all nuts, then snug with a ratchet without fully tightening. 7. Adjust toolbox position and verify the lid opens freely. 8. Fully tighten all hardware to the specified torque.
Slide the assembled bolt plates (with two carriage bolts already inserted) under the square tube of the UTV and turn them upright. Repeat for all four bolt plates. The carriage bolts will then be pushed into the slots on the toolbox in Step 3.
Do not fully tighten hardware until Step 5. First hand-tighten all nuts, then snug them with a ratchet without fully tightening. After adjusting the toolbox to the desired position and verifying the lid opens freely, fully tighten all hardware to the torque specifications on page 1.
