The catalog covers the full range of bed storage. Crossover boxes sit across the bed behind the cab in single-lid, gull-wing, secure-lock and low-profile styles, so there is a fit whether the priority is capacity, rear visibility or working under a tonneau. Side-mount boxes mount along the bed rails and keep the bed floor free for cargo, while underbody boxes tuck beneath the frame rails of service bodies and flatbeds.

The UTV-59YV package includes the tool box itself, 1 adhesive foam strip, 2 M8 bolts (1.25 x 25mm), 2 M8 lock washers, 2 flat washers (.344" x 1.25"), 4 flat washers (.281" x 1.25"), and 4 self-tapping screws (1/4" x 1"). A UTV tool box is not included with the hardware kit.
The UTV-59YV is designed to fit UTVs with either threaded holes on the bed rails or non-threaded bed rails. The installation method differs depending on your UTV's configuration. Refer to the manual to determine which installation method applies to your specific UTV model.
If your UTV has threaded holes on the bed rails, the tool box must be mounted at the second hole from the front, which is approximately 8.75" from the front of the box. This is the closest position to the front of the cab the tool box can be mounted.
Yes. The manual specifies that you should install the tool box "with assistance." This is necessary to safely place the tool box onto the UTV bed.
Required tools are: ratchet, socket extension, 13mm wrench, 3/8" nut driver, 13mm socket, and drill. The drill is only needed if your UTV does not have threaded holes in the bed rails (Step 5 installation).
1. Locate the second hole from the front of the box (approximately 8.75" from the front). Clean threaded holes of dirt, paint and debris. 2. Optionally place foam or tape between tool box and bed rail for protection. 3. With assistance, place the tool box on the UTV and open the lid. 4. Slide the tool box forward and note where the lid contacts the UTV frame. Place the provided foam strip at this contact point. 5. Insert an M8 bolt, M8 lock washer, and .344" x 1.25" flat washer through the center slot into each threaded hole. Hand tighten both bolts. 6. Close the lid, adjust position as desired, then tighten both M8 bolts to the UTV manufacturer's recommended torque specifications.
1. Adjust the tool box to the desired position, ensuring you can access the bed rails through the slots on the tool box and the lid opens freely. 2. Using a drill, attach the tool box with four 1/4" self-tapping screws and four .281" x 1.25" flat washers. The self-tapping screws will create their own holes in the bed rails.
Drilling is only required if your UTV does not have threaded holes in the bed rails. In that case, you will drill holes for four 1/4" self-tapping screws. If your UTV has threaded holes, no drilling is needed.
The M8 bolts should be tightened to 7 ft-lbs. However, the manual also states to tighten them to the UTV manufacturer's recommended torque specifications. If the UTV manufacturer specifies a different torque value, follow the manufacturer's specification instead of the 7 ft-lbs. default.
Place a piece of foam or tape (not included) between the tool box and the bed rail to protect the finish. Additionally, place the provided adhesive foam strip on the UTV frame where the tool box lid makes contact with the frame. This protects both the UTV frame finish and the tool box. Make sure threaded holes are free from dirt, paint and other debris before installation.
After installation, periodic inspections should be performed to ensure all mounting hardware remains tight. Refer to the Notes and Maintenance section for care instructions, including waxing recommendations and cleaning guidelines.
Wax the tool box after installation, and regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer. Do not use polish or wax containing abrasives, as these can damage the finish. For polished, gloss and other smooth finishes, polish may be used to clear small scratches and scuffs. Clean with mild automotive detergent only. Do not use dish detergent, abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, wire brushes or similar products that may damage the finish.
No. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives, as these can damage the finish. For polished, gloss and other smooth finishes, polish without abrasives may be used to clear small scratches and scuffs. Regular waxing with non-abrasive wax is recommended for protection.
Before installation, make sure the threaded holes in the bed rails are free from dirt, paint and other debris. Clean them thoroughly to ensure proper bolt seating and secure fastening.
Yes. After closing the tool box lid, you can adjust the tool box to the desired position before final tightening of the M8 bolts. If using self-tapping screws (non-threaded hole installation), ensure the tool box position allows access to the bed rails through the slots and permits the lid to open freely.
