Attach items j and k (hex bolts and conical washers) to item n (fish wire). Insert the fish wire through the access hole in the vehicle frame. Once the hitch is raised into position, feed the coiled end of the fish wire through the drilled hole and out of the forward access hole. Attach the 7/16" carriage bolt and spacer block to the fish wire and pull the fasteners into position. Then remove the fish wire and install the conical washers and hex nuts onto the carriage bolts.
