The ARIES 3" bull bar is made for those who face the uncertain road without fear. This particular model is constructed from strong carbon steel and finished in a durable E-coat and semi-gloss black powder coat finish to outlast rust and the elements. Other available finishes include high-gloss black stainless steel, polished stainless steel and textured black steel. Customizing the look of your vehicle is simple with the ARIES 3" bull bar. It is equipped with pre-drilled light mounting holes and a removable skid plate. The center crossbar features two pre-drilled holes that readily accept an LED light bar or two LED work lights. The skid plate is made from 304 stainless steel and has a brushed finish to stop rust and hide scratches and scuffs. It also features an aggressive, ARIES-exclusive cutout pattern and can be removed for a customized look. Each ARIES 3" bull bar is made a vehicle-specific design, meaning that for each make and model, the bull bar has a custom bend and unique mounting brackets. This allows for the best possible fit on your vehicle and ensures solid attachment. The brackets also use pre-existing factory holes in the vehicle's frame to eliminate drilling, speed up installation and increase rigidity. This bull bar fits select model years of the Ram 2500 or 3500 and Dodge Ram 1500, Ram 2500 or Ram 3500 (see application info to verify fitment).

Yes. The first step of installation is to remove the tow hooks. Keep the fasteners for reinstallation, as they will be reused to attach the mounting brackets if your vehicle has factory tow hooks.
Yes. Removal of the center bumper filler panel is required for bracket installation. Use a small screwdriver to first push out the center body of the rivet, then the main body of the rivet. Remove all rivets and the filler panel from the backside of the bumper.
Locate the four holes on the frame bracket. For 1500 models, position brackets to the two inside slots. For 2500 and 3500 models, position brackets to the outside most slots. Leave fasteners loose during initial positioning.
Attach the bull bar to the brackets using M10 fasteners. Ensure the mount tabs on the hoop are positioned inside the brackets. Leave all fasteners loose during initial attachment to allow for leveling and adjustment.
All M10 fasteners should be torqued to 30 ft. lbs. This applies to both the bracket-to-frame connection and the bull bar-to-bracket connection. If your vehicle has factory tow hooks, those fasteners are torqued separately to 65 ft. lbs.

Periodic inspections should be performed to ensure all mounting hardware remains tight. Wax the product after installation to protect it.
