Blue Ox is known internationally for recreational and commercial towing products, manufacturing in Pender, Nebraska since 1925. From the top plastic piece: three push pins (both sides). Below the top piece: three screws and one push pin per side (both sides). From the wheel well: five screws per side (both sides). From underneath the wheel well: two screws and one 10MM bolt per side (both sides). From the top plastic: one 7MM metric bolt per side (both sides).
