Yes. In Step 1, you must remove the hood latch before removing the plastic radiator cover. Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the two T-15 screws from the hood latch. Set it aside to be reinstalled later.
Nine total push pins must be removed: four on the left, four on the right, and one in the center of the fascia. These are removed in Step 1.
Six 10mm bolts must be removed from the fascia using a 10mm socket in Step 2.
Five T-15 Torx screws must be removed from the wheel well liner on both sides of the vehicle in Step 3. Additionally, in Step 4, three 7mm screws must be removed from each wheel well after pulling the liner back.
In Step 5, remove three 7mm bolts from the lower belly pan cover on both sides, four T-15 Torx screws from the belly pan on both sides, and six additional 7mm screws on each side. Total screw count: 15 7mm screws and 8 T-15 Torx screws. In Step 6, remove one 10mm bolt from both sides.
Chevy Tahoe: Remove two white clips and three 7mm screws and two T-25 Torx screws from the fascia cover on the back side. GMC Yukon: Remove four white clips and five 7mm screws from the bottom of the fascia cover on the back side. Both models require removal of the cover, which is set aside and not reinstalled after base plate installation, though trimming may be needed.
In Step 7, two electric connections on the passenger side of the vehicle must be unplugged when removing the bumper fascia. These connections are associated with the fascia and must be carefully disconnected before removing the fascia from the vehicle.
In Step 10, the two vertical supports must be cut two inches from the top of the mounting bracket and flush with the top of the lower horizontal cross member using a saw.
In Step 11, slide the base plate into place. Using one supplied 1/2" bolt on each side, slide the bolt into the top existing hole on the inside of the frame on the driver side and outside of the frame on the passenger side. In Step 12, place the remaining 1/2" bolts in aligning holes and tighten all bolts to 90 ft-lbs.
In Step 13, install the two permanent safety cables (#3) and quick links (#8) by looping them around the vehicle frame and linking them to the tow bar base plate. There must be one cable on each side of the vehicle. Ensure the cables do not pinch or interfere with any hoses, wiring, or other components.
In Step 14, reinstall the bumper using the proper hardware removed in previous steps. In Step 15, reinstall the bumper/grille fascia cover and skid plate using the previous removal steps, trimming the inner bumper covers and fascia as needed for proper fit.
