Whether you're on the job or off-roading through the wilderness, it doesn't take long for rocks and other debris to wreak havoc on the body of your truck. LUVERNE Textured Rubber Mud Guards are the perfect solution for maintaining that pristine, professional look. For the front or rear of the truck, these custom mud flaps add style and body protection. They are constructed from heavy-duty black rubber that stands up to road debris and sheds water with ease. They feature 18-gauge stainless steel plates to help protect the bottom edge and extend the life of the mud flaps. With their 3/8" thick, recycled rubber construction, Textured Rubber Mud Guards easily deflect everything from mud to gravel, protecting the body of your truck from scratches, chips and scuffs. They are also made to add a stylish accent to your truck, featuring stainless steel plates along the bottom edge of each flap. The plates are made from 18-gauge stainless steel to provide a heavy-duty, rust-resistant shield, and they feature a bright, high-polish finish for a long-lasting shine. The textured finish of the rubber mud flaps is also designed to easily hide minor scuffs and scratches and maintain a clean appearance. For an easy installation and a custom fit, these truck mud flaps are made vehicle-specific. This particular set fits specific years of the Ford F150 and Lincoln Mark LT (see application info to verify fitment). They install with corrosion-resistant fasteners and high-strength steel mounting brackets with a galvanized finish for long-lasting durability. Universal mud flaps are also available.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

The LUVERNE Front or Rear 12" x 20" Rubber Mud Guards, Select F-150, Mark LT (2 Flaps) 250420 (Part #FTNF250420) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
These mudguards fit 2004 and newer Ford F-150 Series trucks. The 250420 is 12" × 20" and the 250423 is 12" × 23". Both models are available for front or rear installation. Check your truck's year and model against this specification before purchasing.
Yes. The mudguards are available in right-hand (RH) and left-hand (LH) versions. For the 12" × 20" model, part numbers are 550185 (RH) and 550186 (LH). For the 12" × 23" model, part numbers are 550187 (RH) and 550188 (LH). Ensure you order the correct side for your installation.
The kit includes: hex head SEM screws (Item 3), fender washers (Item 4), ratchet fasteners (Item 5), truss head screws (Item 6), flat washers (Item 7), nylock nuts (Item 8), button head socket screws (Item 9), additional nylock nuts (Item 10), and thread-forming screws (Item 11). For rear installations, mounting brackets (Items 12 and 13) are also included. Verify all parts are present before starting installation.
Yes. The factory stone guard fasteners must be removed. For front installations without moldings, remove two factory screws. For front installations with moldings, pull the molding outward and remove the factory screws that fasten the stone guard. For rear installations without moldings, remove two factory plastic ratchet fasteners. For rear installations with moldings, remove the top and lower plastic ratchet fasteners first. These factory fasteners are not reused.
Mounting brackets (Items 12 and 13) are required only for rear applications. For rear installations, attach the mounting brackets to the mudguards using 10-24 × 1.0" truss head screws (Item 6), 1/4" fender washers (Item 4), #10 flat washers (Item 7), and 10-24 nylock nuts (Item 8), using the bottom hole in the bracket. Front installations do not require mounting brackets.
Yes. For both front and rear installations with moldings, drilling is required. You must drill fastener clearance holes through the factory plastic moldings. Paper drilling templates are provided for both front and rear applications. The manual specifies drilling a 1/16" pilot hole first, then drilling 5/16" clearance holes. Critical: do not drill into the stone guard or sheet metal flange.
For front and rear molding installations, first drill a 1/16" diameter pilot hole using the lower inboard centerline mark on the template. Then drill two 5/16" diameter clearance holes through the plastic molding. For rear installations, you also drill a 3/16" diameter hole through the wheel well pinch weld flange using the mounting bracket hole as a pilot.
For front installations with moldings, you pull the molding outward to access and remove the factory stone guard fasteners, then push the molding back into position. For rear installations with moldings, you remove the top and lower plastic ratchet fasteners, but the molding remains in place. In both cases, you drill through the molding rather than removing it completely.
Position the mudguard against the wheel well flange (or wheel well molding if applicable). Install the fasteners, then move the mudguard in or out as desired to achieve the correct position. Level the mudguards and tighten all fasteners. For rear installations, also clamp the top of the mounting bracket to the inner wheel well pinch weld.
For front installations without moldings, use (2) hex head SEM screws (Item 3, M4.2-1.41 × 30mm) and 1/4" fender washers (Item 4). Position the mudguard against the wheel well flange, install these fasteners, level the mudguards, and tighten.
For front installations with moldings, use the same fasteners as non-molding installations: (2) hex head SEM screws (Item 3) and 1/4" fender washers (Item 4). However, you must first drill clearance holes through the plastic molding using the provided template, and remove the factory stone guard fasteners after pulling the molding outward.
For rear installations without moldings, use (2) 1/4" × 1.25" button head socket screws (Item 9), 1/4" fender washers (Item 4), and 1/4"-20 nylock nuts (Item 10). Additionally, drill a 3/16" hole through the wheel well pinch weld flange using the mounting bracket hole as a pilot, and fasten with a 1/4" × 3/4" hex head thread-forming screw (Item 11).
For rear installations with moldings, use the same fasteners as non-molding installations: (2) 1/4" × 1.25" button head socket screws (Item 9), 1/4" fender washers (Item 4), and 1/4"-20 nylock nuts (Item 10). You also drill a 3/16" hole through the wheel well pinch weld flange and fasten with a 1/4" × 3/4" hex head thread-forming screw (Item 11). First, drill clearance holes through the plastic molding using the provided template.
Rotate the front wheels for access to the tire side of the wheel well molding. Tape the front paper drilling template against the tire side of the molding, matching the outboard, bottom, and inboard edges. Using the lower inboard centerline mark on the template, drill a 1/16" pilot hole through the molding to verify it matches the center of the stone guard fastener. Relocate the template if necessary, then drill two 5/16" clearance holes. Do not drill into the stone guard or sheet metal flange.
Tape the rear paper drilling template against the tire side of the molding, matching the outboard, bottom, and inboard edges. The top drilling hole must line up with the existing hole in the molding. Using the lower inboard centerline mark on the template, drill a 1/16" pilot hole through the molding to verify it matches the hole in the metallic wheel well flange. Relocate if necessary, then drill a 5/16" clearance hole.
For front installations with moldings, after drilling and removing the factory stone guard fasteners, push the molding back into position and install new ratchet fasteners (Item 5) back into the holes on the bottom side and face of the molding. For rear installations with moldings, the ratchet fasteners are removed but the manual does not specify reinstalling them.
The mounting brackets (Items 12 and 13) are attached to the mudguards for rear installations. The top of the mounting bracket is clamped to the inner wheel well pinch weld, and a 1/4" × 3/4" hex head thread-forming screw (Item 11) is drilled and fastened through the bracket hole into the wheel well pinch weld flange. This provides additional structural support for the rear mudguard.
Yes, for front installations with moldings only. Rotate the front wheels to gain access to the tire side of the wheel well molding when positioning and taping the drilling template. This step is not required for front installations without moldings or for rear installations.
Models 250420 (12" × 20") and 250423 (12" × 23") fit 2004 and newer Ford F-150 Series trucks for front or rear installation. Both left and right versions are available.
Yes, mounting brackets (Items 12 and 13) are included for rear installations only. Front installations do not require brackets.
Drilling is required only if your truck has factory moldings. Installations without moldings use existing fastener holes. Paper drilling templates are provided for molding applications.
Yes. Factory stone guard fasteners must be removed and are not reused. For molding applications, you pull the molding outward to access the fasteners.
Yes. After installing fasteners, move the mudguard in or out as desired to achieve the correct position, level it, and then tighten all fasteners.
Tighten all fasteners. For rear installations, also clamp the top of the mounting bracket to the inner wheel well pinch weld and fasten with a 1/4" × 3/4" hex head thread-forming screw through the pinch weld flange.
