Whether you're on the job or off-roading through the wilderness, it doesn't take long for rocks and other debris to wreak havoc on the body of your truck. LUVERNE Textured Rubber Mud Guards are the perfect solution for maintaining that pristine, professional look. For the front or rear of the truck, these custom mud flaps add style and body protection. They are constructed from heavy-duty black rubber that stands up to road debris and sheds water with ease. They feature 18-gauge stainless steel plates to help protect the bottom edge and extend the life of the mud flaps. With their 3/8" thick, recycled rubber construction, Textured Rubber Mud Guards easily deflect everything from mud to gravel, protecting the body of your truck from scratches, chips and scuffs. They are also made to add a stylish accent to your truck, featuring stainless steel plates along the bottom edge of each flap. The plates are made from 18-gauge stainless steel to provide a heavy-duty, rust-resistant shield, and they feature a bright, high-polish finish for a long-lasting shine. The textured finish of the rubber mud flaps is also designed to easily hide minor scuffs and scratches and maintain a clean appearance. For an easy installation and a custom fit, these truck mud flaps are made vehicle-specific. This particular set fits specific years of the Ford F250 Super Duty, F350 Super Duty, F450 Super Duty and F550 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment). They install with corrosion-resistant fasteners and high-strength steel mounting brackets with a galvanized finish for long-lasting durability. Universal mud flaps are also available.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

Yes, both the 251123 (12" X 23") and 251120 (12" X 20") mudguards are designed for 2008 and newer Ford Super Duty single wheel trucks. They can be installed on either the front or rear of the vehicle. Note that hole locations differ between 2008-10 and 2011 model years, so verify your truck's year during installation.
The 251123 mudguard measures 12" X 23", while the 251120 measures 12" X 20". Both fit 2008 and newer Ford Super Duty single wheel trucks and use the same installation procedure. The choice between them depends on your preferred mudguard length.
Yes. Rear installation with fender flares requires mounting brackets (Item 9) and a thread-forming screw (Item 10) to attach to the box pinch weld. Rear installation without fender flares does not use the mounting bracket. Front installation may require a slotted Zee clip (Item 11) on the driver side. All applications use truss head screws, fender washers, flat washers, and Nylock nuts, but quantities and specific hardware vary.
The kit includes: 6 Nylock nuts (10-24), 6 truss head screws (10-24 X 1.00"), 6 flat washers (#10), 4 hex head SEMS screws (M4.2-1.41 X 30mm), 2 speed nuts (#8), 4 nylon spacers, 2 mounting brackets, 2 thread-forming screws (1/4" X 3/4"), 1 slotted Zee clip, and 6 fender washers (1/4" X 1"). Specific fasteners are used depending on your installation type (front, rear with flares, or rear without flares).
Yes. You must remove the factory wheel well liner retainer screws before installation. These screws will not be reused. Depending on your truck's configuration, you may also need to add a speed nut to the upper hole.
Yes. On the passenger side, you must drill a 1/4" diameter hole through the wheel well liner using the inboard upper hole as a pilot. On the driver side, if the slotted Zee clip is needed, you must drill a 1/4" diameter hole through the wheel well liner using the upper hole in the Zee clip as a pilot. These holes are permanent modifications to the vehicle.
Yes. You must drill a 3/16" diameter hole through the box pinch weld using the hole in the mounting bracket as a pilot. This hole is then fastened with a 1/4" X 3/4" thread-forming screw. This is a permanent modification to the vehicle.
Yes. You must drill a 1/4" hole in the wheel well flange at the proper lower hole location. After drilling, install a truss head screw, fender washer, flat washer, and Nylock nut. You must also drill a 3/16" hole through the box pinch weld (as described in section 4.4) and fasten with a thread-forming screw.
1. Remove factory wheel well liner retainer screws. 2. Position the mudguard against the wheel well flange. 3. Install hex head SEMS screws and 1/4" fender washers in the proper holes, leaving them finger tight. 4. On the passenger side, drill a 1/4" hole through the wheel well liner and install a truss head screw, fender washer, flat washer, Nylock nut, and nylon spacer. 5. On the driver side, if needed, install the slotted Zee clip and drill a 1/4" hole through the wheel well liner, then install fasteners. 6. Adjust the mudguard position as desired and ensure it is level. 7. Tighten all fasteners.

Initial fasteners should be left finger tight during positioning. After you have adjusted the mudguard position and ensured it is level, tighten all fasteners. For rear installations with fender flares, tighten the top fasteners before drilling and installing the bracket fastener.
The nylon spacer (Item 8) is installed between the mudguard and flange to maintain proper spacing. It is used in the lower hole on 2011 trucks with flares during front installation, and on the passenger side during front installation. It is also used during rear installation with fender flares if needed.
The slotted Zee clip (Item 11) is used on the driver side during front mudguard installation if needed. It is attached to the backside of the mudguard using a truss head screw, fender washer, flat washer, and Nylock nut. The upper hole in the Zee clip then serves as a pilot for drilling a 1/4" hole through the wheel well liner.
Hole locations differ between 2008-10 and 2011 model years. The manual states that you must use the proper holes for your application, but the specific diagrams showing these differences are referenced as Sheet #3 (front installation) and Sheet #4 (rear with fender flares). Verify your truck's model year and consult the appropriate sheet during installation.
Yes, but only for rear installation. For rear mudguards, you must attach the mounting brackets (Item 9) to the mudguards using 10-24 X 1.0" truss head screws, 1/4" fender washers, #10 flat washers, and 10-24 Nylock nuts. Use the bottom hole in the bracket. This step is not required for front installation.
