Like many LUVERNE side steps and running boards, O-Mega II 6" oval side steps are made to work hard and to do it with style. They are constructed from strong, lightweight, rust-free aluminum, and to truly make them a step up from the rest, we shield them in a highly durable powder coat finish. This ensures maximum corrosion resistance and excellent protection against scuffs and scratches. The side steps are available in two powder coat finish options, including textured black and silver powder coat. O-Mega II side steps are also made to provide safe, comfortable entry and exit from your vehicle. They feature tough aluminum step pads with protruded circular treads that will never wear or crack. The step pads offer a non-skid surface, and they are finished with a textured black powder coat for lasting corrosion resistance. Also unique to our O-Mega II step pads is their customizable positioning. The pads are packaged unattached from the tubes and mount with self-tapping screws. This allows you to precisely match the layout of your vehicle to suit your preferences. You can mount them to the provided factory specifications or adjust them to a custom placement. The 6" x 2-3/4" tubes are fitted with black TPO plastic end caps, adding a modern, professional look. The end caps are also paintable to allow for even further customization. Each set of O-Mega II side steps is designed for vehicle-specific installation and fitment, using a unique set of mounting brackets. This particular set of side steps fits specific years of the Ford F150, F250 Super Duty, F350 Super Duty, F450 Super Duty, F550 Super Duty and F600 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment). NOTE: Mounting brackets are included but ship separately.

Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. The 571521 bracket kit includes: 4 mounting brackets (part 552643), 8 nylon isolator washers 0.36" x 1.5" x 0.032" (part 108442), and 8 M8-1.25 flange nuts (part 105859). These mount to factory-provided studs on the rocker panel. You must also obtain the step board assembly separately and refer to its instructions for attachment.

The table lists pad positions for Silverado/Sierra Regular Cab (14-3/4"), Dodge Ram Regular Cab (10-1/2"), Ford F150 Regular Cab (18-1/4"), Ford Super Duty Regular Cab (6-7/8"), Tundra Regular Cab (6-1/2"), Toyota FJ Cruiser (6-1/2"), and Ford Escape (5-1/2" and 35-1/2"). Note that these are suggestions and may be placed at the purchaser's discretion.
Yes. You must drill 5 holes of 1/8" diameter through the step plate using the step pad as a guide. The step pads are then attached with 5 TEK screws (#8-18 x 1/2", part 107958) provided in the kit. Repeat this process for all step pads.
The 5/16" serrated flange nuts (part 102680) that secure the square head screws (part 106880) to the mounting brackets must be tightened to 19 lb-ft.
Install the plastic end caps (part 107956) as shown in Figure 1 and snug up the nuts. Be careful not to deform the plastic during installation.
Position the O-MEGA step on the mounting brackets so that the square head screws (part 106880) are located in the slots of the mounting brackets and the step is centered front to rear on the vehicle. Install the 5/16" serrated flange nuts (part 102680) on the square head screws and tighten to 19 lb-ft.
1. Install two 1.5" isolator washers (part 108442), the step mounting bracket (part 552643), and two M8-1.25 flange nuts (part 105859) on the factory-provided studs on the inside of the rocker panel on the left side. If installing stainless steel side entry steps, leave the flange nuts finger tight only for alignment. 2. Repeat for the remaining brackets. 3. Check that all brackets are level. 4. Tighten all flange nuts. 5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the right side of the vehicle. Then refer to the step board assembly instructions to attach the step to the brackets.
