Like many LUVERNE side steps and running boards, O-Mega II 6" oval side steps are made to work hard and to do it with style. They are constructed from strong, lightweight, rust-free aluminum, and to truly make them a step up from the rest, we shield them in a highly durable powder coat finish. This ensures maximum corrosion resistance and excellent protection against scuffs and scratches. The side steps are available in two powder coat finish options, including textured black and silver powder coat. O-Mega II side steps are also made to provide safe, comfortable entry and exit from your vehicle. They feature tough aluminum step pads with protruded circular treads that will never wear or crack. The step pads offer a non-skid surface, and they are finished with a textured black powder coat for lasting corrosion resistance. Also unique to our O-Mega II step pads is their customizable positioning. The pads are packaged unattached from the tubes and mount with self-tapping screws. This allows you to precisely match the layout of your vehicle to suit your preferences. You can mount them to the provided factory specifications or adjust them to a custom placement. The 6" x 2-3/4" tubes are fitted with black TPO plastic end caps, adding a modern, professional look. The end caps are also paintable to allow for even further customization. Each set of O-Mega II side steps is designed for vehicle-specific installation and fitment, using a unique set of mounting brackets. This particular set of side steps fits specific years of the Toyota Tundra (see application info to verify fitment). NOTE: Mounting brackets are included but ship separately.

Each kit includes two step extrusions (available in silver or black aluminum), four step pads, four end caps, 24 square head bolts, 24 serrated flange nuts, and 20 TEK screws for pad attachment. The specific extrusion length varies by model: 69.0", 75.0", or 85.0".

Yes. When installing the step pads on the steps, you must drill five (5) 1/8" holes using the step pad as a guide. The pads are then attached with five (5) 8-18 × 1/2" TEK screws (item #6) provided in the kit.
The nuts on the end caps (item #3) must be tightened to 5 LB FT.
The 5/16" serrated flange nuts (item #5) installed on the square head screws (item #4) must be tightened to 19 LB FT.
Position the O-MEGA step on the mounting brackets so that the square head screws (item #4) are located in the slots of the mounting brackets and the step is centered front to rear on the vehicle. Install 5/16" serrated flange nuts (item #5) on the square head screws and tighten to 19 LB FT.
1. Install step pads on the step plates using five 1/8" drilled holes and five 8-18 × 1/2" TEK screws per pad. 2. Install the required number of square head bolts into the designated slots in the bottom of the step plates. 3. Install end caps and tighten nuts to 5 LB FT. 4. Position the step on the mounting brackets with square head screws in the bracket slots and the step centered front to rear. 5. Install 5/16" serrated flange nuts on the square head screws and tighten to 19 LB FT.
The Mega Steps Brackets are identified by notches on the inboard edge: 1 notch for bracket #1, 2 notches for bracket #2, 3 notches for bracket #3, and 4 notches for bracket #4. Bracket #1 is positioned at the front of the vehicle. The brackets must be placed in the proper position to align with the threaded inserts in the rocker panel.
Position the brackets on the vehicle so that both holes line up with the threaded inserts in the rocker panel. Attach the top of each bracket with an M8-1.25 × 25 mm zinc plated hex head cap screw, 5/16" flat washer, and lock washer (items #6, #7, and #8). Level the brackets and tighten the fasteners to 19 LB FT.
1. Insert four (4) 5/16" square head screws (item #4) in the center slot on the underside of the step. 2. Position the step on the mounting brackets so that the square head screws are located in the slots of the mounting brackets and the step is centered front to rear on the cab. 3. Locate the step in and out as desired, then install 5/16" serrated flange nuts (item #5) on the square head screws and tighten to 19 LB FT.
The M8-1.25 × 25 mm hex head cap screws attaching the brackets to the rocker panel must be tightened to 19 LB FT. The 5/16" serrated flange nuts on the square head screws attaching the step board must also be tightened to 19 LB FT.
