The O-MEGA II package includes two extrusion assemblies (available in silver or black, in lengths of 95.0", 99.0", 105.0", 111.0", or 122.0"), six step pads, four end caps, 28 square head screws, 28 serrated flange nuts, and 30 TEK screws. The exact extrusion length depends on your vehicle model and cab style. Refer to the service parts list for complete part numbers.
The W2W package includes one step assembly (MEGA STEP, O-MEGA STEP, or SES), six mounting brackets, 12 nylon isolator washers (1.5" diameter), 12 M8-1.25 flange nuts, 5 sets of 5/16-18 bolts with flat washers and flange nuts, one left rear inboard bracket, one right rear inboard bracket, two rear outboard brackets, and one left rear clamp bracket. Note: if installing on a regular cab or super cab, two brackets will be unused.
The W2W MEGA STEP/SES bracket system is designed for 2015 and newer Ford F150 pickups with rocker panel mounting. It is a no-drill application. If you are installing on a regular cab or super cab, two of the six mounting brackets will be unused, as the system is designed to accommodate crew cab configurations.

Yes. The O-MEGA II installation manual instructs you to follow the instructions included with the specific bracket package you are using to mount the brackets to your vehicle. These bracket-specific instructions are not included in this document and must be obtained separately.
Yes. The W2W MEGA STEP/SES bracket system for 2015+ Ford F150 pickups is a no-drill application. It mounts to factory-provided studs on the rocker panel and the factory leaf spring shackle bolt, requiring no drilling into the vehicle.
Use the Step Pad Location Guide on sheet 2 to determine the correct position for your vehicle model and cab style. Pad A is positioned first, measured from one end. Pad B is positioned according to the table. Note: due to the shortness of some boxes, mount the box step pad first, approximately 1/2" from the end cap, then mount the middle step pad accordingly. Pad locations are suggestions and may be placed at the purchaser's discretion.
Tighten the end cap nuts to 5 lb-ft.
Install 5/16" serrated flange nuts on the square head screws and tighten to 19 lb-ft.
Place the step pads on top of the step plates. Using the step pad as a guide, drill five 1/8" holes through the step plate. Attach the pads with five 8-18 x 1/2" TEK screws (item #6) provided. Repeat for all step pads.
Tighten the rear inboard bracket to 80 lb-ft. This bracket is installed on the spring shackle bolt after removing the original nut.
No. Leave the rear outboard bracket loose when you first install it using two 5/16-18 x 1" bolts, two 5/16" flat washers, and two 5/16-18 flange nuts. Tighten it only after you attach the step board to the mounting brackets and adjust the rear outboard bracket for your step assembly.
Remove the cable guide bracket from the leaf spring shackle on the left (driver) side of the vehicle. This bracket will no longer be needed and may be removed if desired.
Check that all brackets are level before tightening all flange nuts. This check should be performed after installing the isolator washers, mounting brackets, and flange nuts on the factory-provided rocker panel studs.
Yes. You must drill five 1/8" holes through each step plate using the step pad as a guide. These holes are used to attach the step pads with 8-18 x 1/2" TEK screws.

Five 8-18 x 1/2" TEK screws (item #6) are used per step pad. These are self-tapping screws that attach the pads to the step plates after drilling five 1/8" guide holes.
Two 1.5" nylon isolator washers (item #3), the step mounting bracket (item #2), and two M8-1.25 flange nuts (item #4) are installed on the factory-provided studs on the inside of the rocker panel. These are installed on both the left and right sides of the vehicle.
Two 5/16-18 x 1" bolts (item #6), two 5/16" flat washers (item #7), and two 5/16-18 flange nuts (item #5) are used to install the rear outboard bracket. Leave this bracket loose initially and tighten only after adjusting the rear outboard bracket for your step assembly.
One 5/16-18 x 1" bolt (item #6), one 5/16" flat washer (item #7), and one 5/16-18 flange nut (item #5) are used to install the rear clamp bracket over the cables from the removed cable guide bracket onto the rear inboard bracket.
