Feed the carriage bolts and spacers through the access holes using the pull wires. Leave the pull wires attached. Raise the hitch into position and feed the pull wires through the bracket holes. Remove the pull wires and loosely install the conical washers and hex nuts. Kink the pull wire to keep the spacer independent of the bolt.
