Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

Equip your vehicle for towing and hitch-mounted accessories with a dependable CURT 2" trailer hitch. Designed for a vehicle-specific fit, CURT receiver hitches provide a strong and secure connection point for towing trailers, carrying bikes, transporting cargo and using other compatible 2-inch hitch accessories.
Our selection of CURT 2-inch receiver hitches includes options for trucks, SUVs, crossovers, vans and passenger vehicles. Each hitch is engineered to match specific vehicle mounting points, helping provide a clean installation and dependable performance. Depending on the vehicle application, available options may include Class 3, Class 4 and heavy-duty receiver hitches with different gross trailer weight and tongue weight capacities.
A 2" x 2" receiver opening is one of the most common hitch sizes and works with a wide range of towing accessories, including ball mounts, bike racks, cargo carriers, hitch steps and tow hooks. When towing a trailer, you may also need a properly rated trailer ball, hitch pin, wiring harness, brake controller or weight distribution system.
CURT trailer hitches feature a durable black finish designed to help protect against rust, scratches and exposure to road conditions. Many models install using existing holes in the vehicle frame, although drilling, trimming or temporary removal of vehicle components may be required for certain applications.
Use our vehicle fitment tools to find the correct CURT 2" trailer hitch for your year, make and model. Always compare the hitch rating with your vehicle’s towing capacity and the ratings of every component in your towing setup. The maximum towing capacity is determined by the lowest-rated component.

The Draw-tite Class 4 Trailer Hitch, 2" Square Receiver, Black for Select Jeep Gladiator 76310 (Part #DT76310) fits 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator models. The 2025 model year is the last year covered by this part number. For newer models, check for an updated version.
The Draw-tite Class 4 Trailer Hitch, 2" Square Receiver, Black for Select Jeep Gladiator 76310 (Part #DT76310) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
The 76310 is designed for 2020-current Jeep Gladiator. However, the manual states to visit the manufacturer's website for the most up-to-date information regarding specific application years and trim levels, as fitment may vary by trim.
The 76310 is a weight-carrying hitch with a maximum gross trailer weight of 7500 lb. (3402 kg) and maximum tongue weight of 1125 lb. (510 kg). However, you must not exceed the lower of your towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or these limits.
You will need a ratchet, torque wrench, safety glasses, and sockets in 21 mm and 3/4 inch sizes. A 6-inch socket extension is also recommended. If you do not feel comfortable performing the installation yourself, the manual recommends contacting a professional installer.
The fastener kit (76310F) includes: (2) carriage bolts ½"-13x1.75" Grade 5, (2) spacer blocks 1.00" x 3.00" x ¼" (PN 3022), (2) pull wires ½" (PN 5482), (2) spacer blocks 2.00" x 1.50" x 3/16" (PN 04833001), (2) conical washers ½" (PN 01292008), and (2) hex nuts ½" Grade 5.
Yes. The manual states: "Use second person or jack to steady hitch while lifting into position and hold until all bolts are installed." A second person or hydraulic jack is required during step 4 of the installation process.
Installation follows six steps: (1) Remove factory M14 fasteners from the rear crossmember; (2) Insert pull wire into frame slot and thread onto carriage bolt, then pull fasteners through frame; (3) Feed pull wire through 3/16" spacer; (4) Raise hitch into position, align attachment holes to rearmost weldnuts, and hand-tighten factory fasteners; (5) Install conical washers, remove pull wires, and attach hex nuts, hand-tightening both sides; (6) Torque all M14 fasteners to 115 Lb.-Ft. and all ½" fasteners to 75 Lb.-Ft.
The pull wire is used to thread the carriage bolts through the frame rails. You insert the coiled end of the pull wire into the frame slot, thread it onto the carriage bolt, and pull the fasteners through the frame. The pull wire remains attached until step 5, when it is removed after the conical washers and hex nuts are installed.
Two types of spacer blocks are used: (1) 1.00" x 3.00" x ¼" spacer blocks (PN 3022) are threaded onto the carriage bolt via the pull wire to help position the bolt; (2) 2.00" x 1.50" x 3/16" spacer blocks (PN 04833001) are placed between the hitch and frame rail to maintain proper clearance. The manual emphasizes ensuring carriage bolts are not pushed into the frame during installation.
All M14 fasteners must be tightened to 115 Lb.-Ft. (156 N·M). All ½" fasteners must be tightened to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N·M). A torque wrench is required to achieve proper torque, which is necessary to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
The conical washers must be installed with the teeth side facing against the hitch. These washers hold the carriage bolts in place and are used in step 5 before the hex nuts are attached.
Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and ball are properly tightened. The manual emphasizes periodic verification that the hitch remains securely mounted to the vehicle. If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes.
Always wear your seatbelt. Slow down when towing and never exceed any posted speed limit. Load the trailer heavier in front. If excess sway occurs, take your foot off the gas pedal and hold the steering wheel as steady as possible—do not apply brakes and do not speed up. Do not exceed the lower of your towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or the hitch weight limits (7500 lb. gross trailer weight, 1125 lb. tongue weight for weight-carrying).
A hitch or ball which has been damaged should be removed and replaced. Do not continue to use a damaged hitch. Observe safety precautions when working beneath a vehicle and wear eye protection.
The manual does not specify whether the battery must be disconnected. The installation involves mechanical fastening only and does not appear to involve electrical work, but you should consult the vehicle manufacturer's instructions or a professional installer if you have concerns.
No drilling is required. The 76310 uses existing factory M14 fastener holes and weldnuts in the frame rail. The installation uses supplied pull wires to thread carriage bolts through existing frame slots and access holes.
No. The manual explicitly states: "DO NOT cut, weld or modify this receiver." Additionally, do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch. Any cutting, welding, or modification will void the warranty and compromise the structural integrity of the hitch.
The 76310 is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty from Horizon Global Americas Inc. The warranty covers material defects in material and workmanship, excluding ordinary wear and tear. The warranty is valid only if the product is installed, maintained, and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Warranty claims must be made by contacting Horizon Global at 47912 Halyard Drive, Suite 100, Plymouth, MI 48170, 1-800-632-3290, with the model number and purchase receipt. Product replacement is the sole remedy; the manufacturer is not liable for service or labor charges.
